Hello one and all!

I recently heard of the need for custom terrain packs to find dungeons, ore deposits, mobs, caves, within the game *I.E. not using a 3P program like 'Minecraft XRay'* and decided to step up to the challenge and take requests for either "Finder Packs" or "Mash Packs".

Some examples would be packs that are used to find :DORE:, :mossystone:, :goldore:, :||||:, or pretty much any block/mob

Also I take 'mash' requests, in which I take two different texture packs and mash them together. + + =


If you wish to have a specific texture pack created, just post what you would like to be visible in the map and I'll work on it right away.

Example: "Can you make a texture pack for finding dungeons?"
Response: *Posted terrain with only Crates, Mob Spawners, and Mossy Cobblestone completely visible*

Just make smooth stone, dirt, and gravel transparent. Boom.

Quick attempt at making ore more visable

Unfortunately only exposed faces are visable? perhaps? either way it sort of works, you can also find dungeons pretty well.

Yes, only exposed faces can be seen. If ore is not on the far side of a cave, you can't see it. If unlit, faces will be dark. I've used a transparent stone/cobble/dirt/gravel/sand pack for examining the goings-on within a mob trap. Kind of cheating to use during normal play, and mining gets a bit hard when you can barely see what you're standing on.

First on my list is the ore finders
and then the clay finder *which they dont have a smilie for :sad.gif:*

Seeing as these texture packs are now obsolete due to the recent updates, new packs will be released very soon.

Could you possibly make a big "Ore" pack that would have all of these? Also Lapis. I personally would like Dungeon Finder in this complete pack but thats just me.
