Yeah, the problem is that almost all of the .png images (you know, the ones with .png at the end) have .PNG instead of .png. Try putting .png in all lowercase. Apparently it breaks sound, but closing and reopenig seems to fix this. It looks like it would be a good pack, though.

also, it looks like you used MS paint, which doesn't really support Pngs which may have corrupted them

By the way, I think you mean "My texture pack is an EPIC FAIL [dosn't work]"
pack.png is a jpeg with an incorrect extension.
