So a little while ago I started working on a texture pack. I was trying to make a realistic, survivalist pack.
It's 16 X 16
anyways here it is. It's in version .07 and I'm still working on it there are lots of problems (works with new update) Download here
Video!
Please, any criticism, problems, complaints, threats, anything tell me! I'm trying to get it as good as possible.
most specifically look for floating pixels especially.
Some of the best things are wooden tools, half-step, and wooden doors.
I ****ing love what you're going for here, but theres some issues :S
It looks like you used the blur or smudge tool, which just makes tiling an issue. the borders on most textures are too light, making it tile horribly, and making me an unhappy dinosaur. this has potential, unless you're done with it, I'd go back and tweak it.

Thanks! I'm trying to work out the tiling, so hopefully that will be sorted out.
It is a work in progress so any ideas you have are welcome.

Muncher is right, listen to him, he can cure the blind and make paraplegics walk.
Could you post a picture of all of the blocks side by side? You know, like how a lot of the others did it. The reason is that honestly, I can't tell much of a difference between the blocks and the default textures.

Why do we need other people to have sex? I'm quite content with my farm animals, thank you.

I am liking this so far, have been thinking of making my own apocalyptic pack for awhile now, but I am too lazy.
What some one else said about the tiling problem and the edges of blocks is the only major problem I can see so far, its especially noticeable on obsidian.
I don't really like the smooth stone texture at the moment, it looks to bland to me.
Also, the ladder has a white pixel on the upper left part I think, where it should be transparent.
So far I like it a lot and will be using it for awhile, will keep checking back for updates )

thanks! I hadn't noticed the ladder, I'll be fixing that. I'm still trying to work out the tiling issues, So that will be fixed. I have noticed the smooth-stone's a bit like on of those mono color ones, and I need to go back and work with it. Thanks for the feed back and I hope you come back for updates!

thanks! I was kinda trying to make it look post apocalyptic.
just because you're correct doesnt mean you're right
I think I'm going to take out the small hole and just make it a burn mark.... But I still want there to be one hole.
Changed swords a bit, changed door, made the flowers more depressing, made leaves darker, and other items.
Remember to get the updated version! Just finished today.
