The Adamant Pack provides a fresh, new, and engaging look while still maintaining the natural feel of minecraft. The premise was to create a medieval-inspired, adventurous, and retro pack that was not only completely redesigned but also highly usable. Enjoy!
IMPORTANT NOTICE! I claim all the rights to the Adamant Pack. That means that I am the only one who has the right to redistribute it. You can not re-upload this pack on ANY other website unless I give prior consent. When in doubt, please ask me and post a link to this official thread. If not, I will take all necessary steps to remove your redistribution. In case you are wondering why I am doing this, the Adamant Pack has recently been shamelessly stolen and redistributed on a different site, (full of malware) with my name and my assistant's name removed from the credits at the end of the post. This is completely wrong and a violation of intellectual property rights, so I am posting this as a means of prevention in the future. But by all means, please enjoy the Adamant Pack and tell your friends about it! Just make sure you don't take credit for something you didn't create.

A nice shot of the landscape:
A preview of the blocks: (High visibility ores!)
Inventory, Chest, Crafting, and Furnace Screens: (Dispenser not shown - but it looks just as good as these!)
Items! (Don't worry - this is an outdated pic. The cookie does exist!)
An indoor shot: (Cobblestone and Wood)

The sun sets upon the horizon...
Thanks for checking out the new Adamant Pack! I hope you enjoy it. And make sure to tell your friends! Or else...
I actually really enjoy your workbench/furnace screens. First time I've seen anyone do a 3dish take on the screen looking like the actual item being used. Good stuff, will have to download this and try it out. Well done good sir/ma'am
Thanks everyone! I'm really glad that you guys enjoy the pack. I may not have placed in the competition, but I sure had a good time working on these new textures.
Make sure to check out the revised video: (It gives a better view of the blocks as well as a few updates)

Thanks! My goal was to make the GUI screens actually resemble what they really were. The Inventory is modelled after a leather backpack/satchel, the Chest has some buckles and a lock, the Crafting bench shows an actual 3d-ish table, (like you mentioned) and the Furnace shows a, well, furnace! The idea was to make them much more interesting to look at than the simple gray default GUI.

Great job. I'm especially impressed with items and GUI. You've got a very distinctive style going on :-)
I really appreciate that, especially coming from the first place winner! One of the coolest things as an artists is to hear from someone else that you have a "style." I sounds dumb, I know, but I never regarded myself as having a realy distinctive look. I guess that isn't the case, though. Thanks! (BTW - your texture pack is pretty sweet. I love how it looks almost HD, with just a 16x16 resolution. Very cool indeed).

Can't decide if that creeper is worse than the original one...
Well, to each his own. My whole idea with the Creeper was to make it completely different, although I did keep the facial features the same in order to preserve the almost-icon status of the Creeper. My different appproach was to make the nwe Creeper a dark cobalt-blue, with red vein-like designs running across it. Perhaps my picture doesn't do it justice. Or perhaps my Creeper really does suck! :biggrin.gif:

I think the creeper looks great! Brings a scarier feel to the creeper when you see it coming to kill you.
Buuut thats just my opinion
Thanks, man! I wanted to bring a whole new design quality into the Creeper instead of that ugly mottled green. I'm glad that you like it.
Love this pack, currently using it for an Underground City, and I probably love the Wooden Planks the most. Can't wait until this pack is updated for the new update stuff so my Forge doesn't have a pink top, XD.
I much prefer this pack to the default pack. As many other posters have pointed out you have a distinct style that looks really good! You literally re-textured the whole game, and I can tell A LOT of hours went into this. Should have been in the top 3 in my humble opinion.
Hey everyone! I've updated the pack for Beta 1.2, completely redesigning all the new textures added in. PS - I think you'll like the new squid the most.

Great work.
Very cool; I'd love to see some pics of you're underground city if you got 'em! I'm glad you like how the planks look, too. I wanted them to look a little more unique than the default ones.

Friend, I like your style.
**SIGNIFICANT** levels of props - this pack is fantastic!
You've got a solid grip on texturing, and it all looks amazing. :biggrin.gif:
Thanks a lot! I really enjoy texturing, especially with lower-resolution templates like this.

Wow, I really appreciate that! It did take a long time to complete this - more time than I would even like to share! But I had a really good time making it as a side project of mine. Top 3? I'm honored. :biggrin.gif:
It was brought to my attention that a couple of textures weren't working right. Specifically, the obsidian, bedrock, and dispenser screen. I've fixed up all of those and this pack is 100% ready to go. Let me know what you guys think!
I don't have much in the way of Screenshots yet, its pretty boring working on making the floors and then I'll start decorating.
This is a shot of the entranceway, with the double doors and my oh-so-favorite kind of Lumber, looking like crates of recently delivered supplies.
This is from another save of a dungeon, with a design on the wall made out of Obsidian on the sides, Glowstone in the middle with gold blocks underneath it, and cloth at the bottom of the screen.
All I've got, lol, I'm still loving the pack though, lol.
Scroll down for screenshots!
