I'm creating this texture pack and it's nearly kinda finished to an acceptable state to be released. But how would I go about doing some new foliage and grass coloring?
1.) Observing this and educated guesses. The top of the triangle is the rain forest biomes, the hypotenuse the normal green, the bottom right tundra and the corner the desert biome? I'm just clarifying but am I right?
2.) Also I would like to know how to not glitch out the watch. Do I just simply leave the mangenta spaces for the dial.png to poke through?
3.) How can I remove the flame animation from a lit furnace and/or possibly edit and move it?
4.) How can I edit torches and its light? Like say if I want it really bright or tinted in a different color.
5.) Lastly how big can I use for the pack.png?

1) You are correct about the biome locations in the png
2) Yes, do not touch the magenta spaces at all, only the stuff around them
3) Try looking in the "particles.png" file
4) The torch texture is in the "terrain.png" file, on the left just below cloth.
You can edit the flame in the "particles.png" file, but you need a mod to edit the amount of light.
5) I'm pretty sure you can't make the "pack.png" file any bigger than the original or it will not work.
