I need help! I downloaded the Rezcraft Texture pack, and then unzipped it, and then ran %appdata% like I usually do, Went into .minecraft, went to the bin, then opened the archive for minecraft.jar. I replaced all of the things there with the contents of the rezcraft texture pack, but now minecraft crashes whenever I try to play it. What do I do? How do I fix this?
wtf did you do all that for? Texture packs just go in the texture pack folder. In the case of Rezcraft, you'd need the HD patcher to get it working, but the texture pack file still only goes in it's folder.

"Some scientists claim that hydrogen, because it is so plentiful, is the basic building block of the universe. I dispute that. I say that there is more stupidity than hydrogen, and that is the basic building block of the universe." -Frank Zappa

Thanks. I didn't know how exactly to work it, because when I tried, it didn't work. But I'll try the HD Patcher. Thanks!
[EDIT]
It still crashes. WTF?

Because the actual files in the current Rezcraft are three deep in the zip file. When you double click the zip, it shows a folder of the same name as the zip. Double clicking that takes you to a single folder called Rezcraft. Inside that are the files needed to use the pack. If you take those files out and zip them up and call it Rezcraft, they will work.

That definetly helps, however, since I opened the archive for the minecraft.jar and replaced them (Which is what I thought I had to do), It crashes whenever I tri to run it. I tried re-downloadinbg it, but that didn't work. What do?
