As a matter of fact, I started making a pokemon texture pack earlier today, though it's based on the tiles of the gold and Silver games rather than the TV series, which you seem to be looking for. Still, if you're still interested the first version of it should be done within a week.

Sorry if i seem rude in anyway but i am still goin through the process of fixing most of the pack and adding things ive forgotten.

Edit: Ive recently changed some things and trust me it looks wayy better

Dude, my tp is like minecraft its been released way before its even finished anyway ive done a rush job so it needs fixing all the time

I wanted to make one ages ago way before i seen urs but couldnt be bothered so then i searched and most of the tps
were wip and so i started making my own.

Oh please. Just because someone else has done a texture pack theme, doesn't mean you can't do the same theme. If that were true, there wouldn't be 5,000 "solid color" texture packs. It can end up unoriginal if you don't try to make it different, (see the aforementioned "solid color" comment) but there are enough Pokemon games to be unique.
