BTW. because of the new ugly biome colors, i find myself using coterie green version sometimes in certain worlds. so maybe you should:
1)change the biome colors to take out ugly brown grass D:<
or
2) keep coterie green.
However if im the only person in this situation, just discontinue it, ill survive.
Choice 1 sounds legit, I think I'll do that.
The green version has been discontinued, to the extent that its content could be moved over to Plethora.
About the latest update, esp. Plethora:
The alternate colored Diamonds and diamond blocks dont have alternate colored diamond tools, armour and ore to go with it.
The alternate colored Iron do not have alternate colored tools and armour to go with it.
That is all.
I actually have it all textured, I just didn't feel like adding it in there at the moment. :tongue.gif:
Can we have the Iron and Gold bricks back? The new diamond texture is fine. I am assuming I will get to choose when plethora is released?
I'll release a poll, which will decide bricks over blocks.
If and when bricks are implemented in the next update (perhaps a small update), I can assure you that I have better gold and iron brick textures ready. You will be able to find them once Plethora can be uploaded minus the bugs, which I will report to Kaissac if it becomes a big problem.

If you dont want to wait till the customizer is up, you can open up the zip file that has the texture pack, and open up the folder thats titled "plethora," and edit whichever textures you want from there into terrain.png and items.png
thats what i do.

When the bugs involved in uploading Plethora are fixed... so I won't even know when. But it'll probably be the first thing that I'll release as of this week.
@everyone else: I'll be tellin' ya about my recent absence this weekend (if it concerns anyone) and my plans for Coterie Craft regarding development tomorrow.
I won't be putting up any review videos for quite some time, actually... as I will be making new textures to replace the old in future updates.
By the way, the block textures I see in your video have a very low quality to them, for example... lapis lazuli looks like a plain single color, when it should have more detail as represented with a more distinct pixelation in order to represent the feel of the texture... is this the same quality you see in-game?
O sorry about that it is just my computer, it did not depict hte proper texture but in game it is absolutely awesome. in future updates dont change too much i love it the way it is. Thanks.
Hi, does this need to be used with 1.9? i am running 1.8.1 and i tried to use it but the option is greyed out... and if so is there a 1.8.1 version available?
Thanks. :laugh.gif:
Not really. Mojang never, if not rarely, changes the format of the terrain and item sprite textures.
So... put it simply, this pack is compatible with Beta 1.9 and under! It's like "raising the bar."

If I ever do change something that you don't like, as I do intend to make changes, then don't hesitate to tell me.
Tomorrow, hopefully, I might be able to launch the customizer...
For the past few days, I have been talking to Bramamine and Kaiassc, the developers of www.minecraftcustomizer.net, to fix certain issues I have been facing lately... Now, nearly all of the issues have been resolved... except for one last one, which once resolved, I can finally launch the customizer.
I'll be very busy for today and quite possibly for the rest of the week... until Friday or the weekend. (but who knows, maybe I can work on the pack earlier than expected.)
The reason:
1.) Swamped with schoolwork.
2.) ... and I want to participate in this contest.
I'll reply to your posts when I can, and they do look quite interesting... panoramas I see.
Cpt. Corn, I'm a big fan of your texture pack :smile.gif: I'm building a city now, which will definately amaze Minecraft community, but to be able to finish my work i need a texture pack which will fully support Minecraft 1.9. Cheers! I wish you success and prosperity!
Emergency Compatibilities Updates only add the default textures to the game, so people can enjoy most of minecraft. Please wait for Cpt. Corn to Update.

Add:
You should do this with that macropolis city so the menu is more coterie like :biggrin.gif:

this might be a better video cause you only need to take 6 screenshots.
