You know, I've actually noticed something great about this pack. I have an old and slow computer, and Minecraft is very slow. I noticed that with this pack on, Minecraft goes noticeably faster ^^.

Can you PLEASE make it compatible with pams harvest craft? Dont change the look (That would take forever anyways) but can you just make them show up when i have this pack on?
Heyo, sorry for being gone so long, I got cuaght up in school, running a minecraft server which I decided to kill and playing a heap of other games. As to your previous reponse to my post Cpt. Corn where you wanted me to specify whether I knew of a weather mod that had variations of seasons. Sadly I don't but I wish they would add it to minecraft XD. Also I read almost every post that I previously missed while I was gone and found your studies with the variations of the tests to be very interesting. I think its because people get very bored of looking at black test all the time. not realy...
I think it has to do with how we see light. Because the text is white we are able to concentrate on the text better because the text seems to be clearer to us. (has to do with light reflection)(Also because naturaly black acts more of a borrder to the text)
Also I was thinking about the comment I made on your glowstone. How it is already has more of a natural feel. (because its naturaly in the nether) and I was interested that it was based on Australium from tf2 :smile.gif:

Yea... about that... still coming up with fresh ideas for the new OP (Original Post/Main Thread Design/Layout).
I build up on ideas for the planned new OP... then I delay the OP... then I come up with more ideas... then I update my content... and then I'm considering finishing the OP despite the Aether mod taking my time.
Oh, and... school starts Aug 10, so... not sure how much I can get done, really, when the time comes. I'm going to be a senior, and... no math class. :cool.gif: (I took AP Calculus, and that's as far as I want to go. :tongue.gif: )

So basicly most of time im at school im either very bored or thinking what a waste of time this is. :sad.gif: I wish my school had some interesting subject I could do.. I don't even get to do I.T. (i have never actualy been taught proper I.T. so becasue of that im self taught anyway). There was apparently supposed to be electives like 2 years ago but that never happened. In other words there were to few people so electives no longer exist... small private school >.> Also you know the aether mod... Are they actualy making normal skylands for minecraft?

And to answer your last statement, I can tell you Notch was developing an Aether of some sort... as told by a tweet long ago. Another thing that interested Notch were some concepts of mob battling as seen in Terraria... so he may be borrowing some inspiration from that game. But this was before the Aether Mod fully released, as I can recall.

Well, the aether mod came out and its in huge demand for texture support.
So update 1.7 was mainly a huge dump of textures for the aether mod. And we will be trying to finish it off in update 1.7.1 or so. But if it has content pertaining to Coterie Craft itself, then it would be v1.8
So... v1.7 has some nice new additions excluding the aether mod. Such as new gold and iron ingot textures, tall grass, replaced the lava with the better still texture we made, resupported the Wildgrass mod, and supported CTM (Connected Textures Mod/better glass).
I'm considering working on the new OP though, but we'll see how things go.
EDIT: Oh, and Coterie Craft surpassed Quandary's view count. I don't think that matters much, but its a milestone considering Quandary was the foundation of this pack to begin with. I guess I did a good job. :cool.gif:
Looks like I found my new favorite texture pack! My only request is including everything in YogBox (I voted). I know it's not as easy as it sounds, but I know a lot more people will appreciate it.

This texture pack is great, Its close enough to default so I dont have to learn what all of the new blocks look like, but its different enough from the default texture pack to add a new creative touch to minecraft. Many diamonds for you sir

Perhaps the people who couldn't get it to work were using IE. As I recall in the past, many things nowadays just don't work with IE. I've had a few people experience problems with IE regarding the pack... so I'd assume this might be the same way.
Alright guys, my summer vacation has reached its end. And it was great while it lasted! Hopefully, Coterie Craft will still be able to make its mark on your world, as I intend to continue working on this pack... Unfortunately, I didn't get much work done over summer as I would have expected to have completed... but I suppose it doesn't matter too much; at least I didn't work too hard. :cool.gif:
On another note, I just noticed something... and I'm getting quite concerned to the point where I want you guys to investigate. It would seem that every top texture pack out there (excluding myself; and setting the bar) uses adf.ly! It seems absurd... knowing they are making some form of profit and I'm not. This does not mean that I am interested with adf.ly, but I'm just a bit jelly, if you know what I mean.
Personally, I will not resort to adf.ly ever! I made this pack for you, and I will not subject anyone to having to wait however many seconds to receive your download... even if its just an option you can choose to do. If I am to receive your support, I would do it through paypal, supposedly. However, I'm not 18, so I can't really post a donate button until then...
I'm going to try and work on the new OP while my bro continues to work on aether support. I can't tell ya how much more I can see being accomplished in Coterie Craft. Many of the textures I supply are not at perfection, some of them need to be redone... and they must be done before Notch can release MC, as my goal is serious business, even if I am a minor with only a half-year experience in GIMP. Moreover, I know that I will not be able to contact him, as his e-mail gets so much mail, Notch cannot keep up if he tried to. I would hope that you guys would also know another way to contact him... when I know my content is ready for his eyes to see.
I love the pack but I would work textures for 1.8 or other textures on the pack before working on mods. I think a customizer would be cool be I don't wan't to think too far ahead.
I think it's time for those people to upgrade to Chrome! Even Firefox, but please ditch IE. In another note, I can't thank you enough. Coterie Craft is the BEST texture pack. I'll donate once I ask my father (I'm not over 18 either), you deserve it!
