Only for VIPs. We can't pause the production of the texture pack every month, unless we're literally done with what we have.
Oh, and why not dropbox?
It's not that I pause production every month, its that I am allowed to do special versions every month. The special update I have provided my dear friend (and you guys) only took one long, hard day of work. And I do not think I will be done with Coterie Craft for quite some time. I just hope I can make this the "New Default" appropriate before Minecraft is released. So will have to talk (or at least attempt to) Notch whether or not he will consider. Or... we can do a petition, but whatever the case... I want to bring Minecraft the look it deserves!
I checked Dropbox, and I didn't really like it initially for a couple reasons. Dropbox limits you to sharing a total of 2 GB. Mediafire, fortunately, will let you upload anything as long as it isn't more than 200MB large, so its essentially limitless since I'm only doing a 16-bit pack which consists of 800+ KB and there is no limit for the total amount of content that can be uploaded, unlike Dropbox.
I find Mediafire the optimum choice, except when you are uploading files higher than 200MB.
Unless you're gonna be a designer for 500 years, your fine.
Well, you never know how much content I might upload... I prefer Mediafire because I'm looking long-term, even if its 500 years or so... I have no need to worry. And I think even bonemouse switched to Mediafire too, but I'm not sure.
Does Mediafire have a total upload limit, anyway? If so, then I'm going to Dropbox.
At the same time the new OP comes out, so will the first 4 seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn). I plan on doing 8 seasons in total, 4 calendar and 4 extreme weather conditions (Names are undecided at the moment: Tranquil Paradise, Bitter Cold, Unlucky Storm, Dry Heat). My inspiration in making the seasons derived long ago from the Quandary Texture Pack. Currently, Quandary has made six seasons, but they didn't meet my expectations (though I admit I was speechless when I first saw them on the Quandary website). So far, all I can show you for now is the Autumn season that my brother and I have been working on, and it looks fantastic!
Yea.... Look what I found at Planet Minecraft... It's just this pack but without any credit or edits made too it.
I've already reported it and commented trying to tell people it's stolen but the dude keeps deleting my comments :dry.gif:
Just thought you guys should know if you wanted to report it or something...
PS: Ima make a custom still water animation for this pack that you can use if you want. If you don't want it then I'll give it to someone else, but hey, free water! :tongue.gif: (IMO better than the painterly water too)

Then, by the time I created my account in Planet Minecraft in order to deal with his other thread, the submission was terminated. :cool.gif:
So, the imposter is no longer a threat anymore.
PS: It has been one of my goals both to supply the best content as well as being original at the same time. In this case, as a contribution, I would love to use your soon-to-be custom water animation. And if it is better than Painterly, then there is no doubt that it will be in the next update. \o/
PSS: If you would like to contribute to more content, then ask and I will fill you in. :wink.gif: Thanks for the free water!

You just made it official; You just surpassed Quandary.
You just made it official; You just surpassed Quandary.
I have?
I wouldn't say so yet. When all the seasons are up or when I have surpassed his view count and or download count... then I would surpass Quandary, officially.
It seems that the new OP is taking more time than expected. The reason for this is because I always find inspiration and new ideas along the way that change its structure. For example, if you build a house out of legos or MC blocks, you would normally plan to make it awesome the first time you build it. The first house, however, will probably not be as great as the second house you build, and quite possibly, probably not even as great as the third. The new OP I have been working on keeps resetting itself, practically. I keep on finding new ideas and better ways to present my pack... though it may be a setback, I'm glad I fixed the flaws. For I plan to make this OP look professional and as resourceful as possible.
Speaking of resourceful, I could use your thoughts:
I wondered what countries in this world clicked for Coterie Craft, so I checked Lilyo's link way back in the past: https://bitly.com/if82SM
Now what I plan to do, is to provide two or three more language choices to my new OP. Similar to how the Wii Manual has English, French, and Spanish all inside its contents for convenience. And in the gaming world, I believe that there are 4 that are recommended for this sort of thing: English, German, French, and Spanish. And as you must know, Google translator cannot provide a translation to the new format as it will be a complex puzzle of images consisting of anchors and links.
So, what are your thoughts about providing more language choices? Which languages would you recommend? And even though I know its more work, but is the convenience worth the work in the first place? As you should know, there will be many alterations of the pack that I will provide one day, which triple the work of putting the links up in the correct places.
And one more thing, if you agree with adding languages. Should the different translations of the pack be within this topic only, or should it spread out to as many as three other topics of the language pack forums so that there isn't a language barrier within our topic? Or quite possibly, would you prefer just two topics?: one being in English and the other being in German, French, and Spanish (but then again there would there also be a language barrier between the three other languages I don't understand? :ohmy.gif:).
It has been a long wait since I have released an update, and I have not updated yet... unfortunately.
But for now, I will give you a sneak peek of my work regarding the seasons. I have one season that is more than satisfactory, but still needs some tune-ups. The season of Fall has never looked so good, but its not complete yet. I will be needing your opinions, for I wish to improve whatever that can be improved before its official release.
You may also find some new content in this version, so I hope you like it too. :wink.gif:
But at the same time, I might have left out some stuff too. :tongue.gif:
Enjoy! xD
@XSSheep: When can I be expecting the new water, by chance? :cool.gif:

Well, I think anyone would understand the difficulty of making multiple texture packs that must keep the same 'air' to them as the the original version of it. But, I believe that you are a first to modify the biome colors (I think...?) in a way that the leaves change from yellow to green.
On a side note, my Windows is not working, so I have to use my sister's mac. Also on a side note: I'm on vacation!
My main point is to not overwork yourself, dude. I think you should put up that link in the OP just to say to the fans "I'm working on something! Be prepared for awsomeness!" and change the title so that people notice the link. They should understand it.

These past few weeks I have not overworked myself at all. I have played Minecraft on Macropolis.fr, learned how to twirl my cattle sticks back home, enjoyed some movies on Netflix on my Wii (except, I hate it when Netflix doesn't work off and on), and played a few other games like this one: http://armorgames.com/play/2900/sonny-2 :cool.gif:
This week I plan to get some work done. And the 4th of July sounds like excellent motivation for a deadline to release it. So whether or not I will let my audience know that something awesome is in the works is beyond me... my main focus is to blow their minds!
EDIT: Oh, its nice to know you are on vacation. \o/
Oh, and why not dropbox?

Curse PremiumYou got the link a little messed up, its actually here.
You can use my content as long as you provide a link to my pack. With any work that is not yours, you must give it proper credit.

I tried Good Morning craft, it looks good but I just can't get into it.
I think the reason I like this one is cause it is similar to default but makes the changes I find necessary.
I dunno, but I love it!
