Dear Cpt. Corn, I love you. This texture pack is awesome and I thank you for keeping the Quandary Texture Pack going. The only thing I can say I dislike is the Painterly's "screens" if that is the right term for the chests, crafting tables, and furnaces because they clash with the rest of the Texture Pack. So if you think this is a good idea please change them. They just don't fit. :/ I love you. (wait did I say that already)
Just an FYI, you should fix the maps. The player marker on the map is off, and it is always to the right. If you follow the the block lines, you'll notice that the marker for your charecter is off the lines.

In a way, you have a good idea. Its just that developing gui menus capable of defeating, imho, the best 16-bit gui menus in the community will be a challenge. However, even if it means being more subtle, I would not provide gui menus that would look worse than what we have currently. Changing them will take some time.
At the moment, my main focus is to bring Coterie Craft's main post to become more presentable... right now, I'm putting my thoughts onto paper... which I will attempt to recreate with images and what not.

I have tested the map (in singleplayer) and how the cursors are functioning. It seems that everything is functioning properly. The center white pixel is placed exactly where it should, the cursor moves in half-pixels as it should, sense of direction is correct. Everything is in proper order... unless this is a multiplayer bug. :ohmy.gif:

I completely understand that it will take some time and you have other priorities. I was just throwing that idea out there ya know? I really appreciate your dedication to this pack and thanks for hearing me out. Keep on Keep'n on.

FYI to the other guy...it's a simple texture replacement, turn off the texture pack to see.
However there is a goofy bug in SSP where it [pointer] likes to wander to the right one 'tick'. And I've been able to fix it by making several complete turns to the right (clockwise) and this seems to hold off the error assuming I don't make more left turns than right...it seems to remember how many turns were made. (nor do I recommend this fix...it's kinda goofy to do every time.
CC do you mind if I try to enhance this pack to 32x32?
No, I don't mind. I know a majority of people on my thread that have requested for a 32x32 version. So I wish you the best of luck! Just be sure that you give me proper credit by providing a link to this thread.
I will be needing your opinion upon an issue I would like to make known.
You are well aware that I have provided a 'normal' version and a 'green' version both hosted within Mediafire and Multiupload.
Mediafire is where most of my downloads come from (most likely because its the first one to be noticed). The problem with Mediafire is that it features some ads alongside the download link (though its not really a problem at all if you can ignore it). Mediafire also has a complex, yet resourceful, formatting for my downloads, like, for example, being able to organize certain versions into certain folders. Multiupload, on the other hand, doesn't have ads at all, but has a simple format. And the only reason why I have provided Multiupload was because someone had a premium account and they wanted me to have the download featured there.
My main concern is that I only want one source to host my downloads. Which single place should the downloads be provided? And if not Mediafire or Multiupload, then please do mention another source that is favorable.
I think that Mediafire is better. In this case, I think the public would agree that, as the creator, you get overrule power in some cases. This one, I think you can overrule with Mediafire.

It may be in my power to choose what goes, but I would like to incorporate my people as they are my support. "For the people, by the people."
Do you think you could get the texture of Birch from this Fourm Post? It looks really nice.
His birch looks nice, but only to a certain extent. It is obvious that it looks like real birch, or at least it seems this way, however, besides looking at the texture as a birch tree, when incorporated into builds, the texture itself lacks the seamlessness that it requires in order to make walls or whatever it can do other than in the presence as a single tree.
Well its settled. I'm sticking to Mediafire and removing Multiupload.
Other than that, I am wondering what's next regarding the special versions. Perhaps I could do one every month, more or less. Basically, there would be a request sent to me as for what a person would want for their birthday or some certain event, special occasion, etc as to how they would want Minecraft to look to the extent of what Coterie Craft already provides... and it would be up to me as to whom would get their special content, if I get too many requests. The recipient would get their special version on the day of their special occasion and everyone who is interested in having a slice of this 'birthday cake' can have a slice. I want do just any request, I want to make the recipient feel special.
Sound like a good idea?

Most tp's make cobble look nice, but then they ruin stone. Your cobble and stone look nice.
I really do love this pack.

Curse PremiumPersonally, I like using red diamonds more in Minecraft than the standard blue diamonds. xD

Curse PremiumThe Minecraft Wiki Texture Pack archive page has been updated drastically due to my younger brother's efforts.
I hope you like the change: http://www.minecraftwiki.net/wiki/Texture_Packs

Maybe I should do a quick vote. ^^
Like I said, Mediafire is best. It's more of:
UPLOADER:
DOWNLOADER:
Using the chart I said in Page 3~, you can see that it's one of the best.
