I believe the problem has already been solved since I already helped him out in-game on Macropolis. I gave him directions as to achieving citizenship and answered all of his questions.

I will update for the latest version of the Wild Grass. Last time I checked, the creator of the mod was going to fix a problem soon.

Wild Grass "modloader_terrain" version: Side grass sprite is replaced with wild grass image. (reason is known, and will be fixed within next 24 hours.
