Maybe MC-Patcher isn't updated yet :S?
Not only that, but I believe the HD patcher is unnecessary. Unless, of course, you want the custom water and lava.
EDIT: It appears that the HD patcher has updated for Beta 1.5 support.
And instead of it being xau's HD patcher, someone else has taken the initiative to update when xau had not. His name, Kahr.

Well ive just started on the pig and went for a muddy look: Its a first attempt but i think mobs will be the easiest thing yet :smile.gif:

I'm afraid that I will not include this pig in particular as an alternate skin. However, since this was your first attempt, I can see improvement! Such as that you should give the pig more texture, more subtle pixelilation in the mud and of the skin of the pig. You do that as your second attempt and if I like the pig altogether, then you will earn yourself a spot in the [Alternate Skins] folder. :wink.gif:

So... I've started a new topic concerning achievement development for Minecraft. It's an initiative I would like you to see yourself and or participate if you wish:
so... other than studying for big AP tests for school, I'll try to fit some development regarding the pack. :wink.gif:
Oh, and the about my Mom's condition currently (as she had colon and liver cancer). Her surgery to remove the colon cancer was a success (thank God!). The liver cancer will probably be treated with chemotherapy, but that's another issue... I'm just so glad that she made it through the surgery, now its a matter of making it through the week... hoping that no complications arise.

-Re-texture dye sprites (they need improvement!).
-Fix lapis lazuli, aparrantly its too blue, not realistic enough...
-Texture weather.
-And generally minor, yet necessary refinement of other textures that come my way.

If you're referring to the Lapis Lazuli block underground, I honestly think it looks okay. That's just my opinion. The problem I see happening is that if you have to modify the LL block, then you'll have to modify the dye it produces, and then modify the blue coloured wool. We've already got three or four shades of blue coloured wool. Just my two cents.
Also, have you considered doing something with the smoothstone blocks, and the background of the ore blocks? I'm not really sure what you could do, but I just think it's kind of ugly compared to how nice the rest of the pack is.
That being said, I'm still a big supporter of this pack. Keep up the good work.

I know that people who use default and make amazing colorful structures will not be condemned to a different series of colors because of this texture pack, the colors are the same as default, but with their own style and refinement.
