So I've been working on mod support for Quandary...
I've got a bunch of Mo' Creatures retextured. Since this pack uses (mostly) the default mobs, it's not really relevant.
However! I have been slowly editing the original Quandary weapons into new weapons for MeleeWeaponsPlus and since Reborn uses the same item textures, I thought people might be interested.
Broadswords (formally just 'Swords'), Scimitars, Maces, and Daggers.
Still need to do: Battleaxes, Labrys, and Kukris.
I'm also planning on doing support for BetterSkies and would like to use Reborn's sun as an optional texture. I'll include one version as-is and one scaled up so people can have giant blazing suns. Cpt. Corn, was that your handy work?
Good work!!! I will have to initiate a poll in order for Quandary Reborn to include it. (though I have no clue how to reset a poll, I was extremely frustrated the last time I attempted to make a new poll.)
And I believe Master7432 modified the sun and moon that was based from Kas' Painterly pack. This is what he said which makes me say so:

If you mean doing a 2 pixels by 2 pixels texture pack, then I do not see it happening.
As far as I know, my main focus goes to the development of this 16-bit texture pack. I have as much time as a high school student can provide... when my school stuff is out of the way, you know I will be working on this pack. Updates are quite frequent as well... you will rarely see seven days go by without an update.

Well I'm not really sure about adding this mod... some things that I saw I disagree. Though I can see adding this kind of content in the add-ons section when I do make all the sprites and what not, for your sake.
But as it seems currently, I feel that I must work out all the necessary modifications I have to make for this pack's textures first, then, when finished, may add-on with the mods. So... you might not see the 2x2 crafting grid for some time, most likely to be added in three weeks or so, maybe even longer...
Still, I cannot guarantee this content will make it into Quandary Reborn.

There's actually not much point in packaging it with a texture pack. You'd have to install it in the minecraft.jar file manually. And after you've installed the mod. It could get confusing for people.
I'm mostly doing these textures for myself. But I figured if someone a) uses Quandary or Quandary Reborn AND :cool.gif: uses MeleeWeaponsPlus Mod AND c) is as anal as I am about textures matching, then they might find it useful.

Well if this mod does go under way, I can definitely see some convenience when it comes to us Quandary fans, moreover, it will cover more ground than the regular texture pack.
Perhaps in the distant future there will be Quandary-style textures available, yet separate, for a wide range of mods, which would be quite the convenience!
Guys, remember when Cpt. Corn wanted someone to do a classic version of Quandary? And I did this?
