Just wanted to say that this is one of my favorite packs next to Equanimity and Faithful 32. It nails the "neo-faithful" motif as advertised on the OP and looks very nice. Of course there's still a couple textures that bug me personally, but fortunately it's either a simple fix even for someone like me who has little to no artistic talent (torch and iron/gold sword) or there's an alternative texture (cobblestone). No matter how many other packs I try, I always find myself coming back to this one. Keep up the great work!

I'll be honest. While I've used coterie for a LONG time (cause default is UGLY) You're missing SO MUCH STUFF when it comes to some of the mod Textures (Tinker's Construct to be precise) since all of the materials that I can forge my weapons out of have textures all well and good. There is one problem. When putting the pieces together, you get a Vanilla Tinker's weapon. I am inclined to ask the question of "Why is this?" I know this may seem like hate but it's CONSTRUCTive criticism (See what I did there...no?) Anyway. there are several mods that I would love to see work with Coterie but there are just so many mods out there that it becomes ridiculous to name them all. I could provide a list but that would take a while to type out. :/ So if thats too long for anyone to read and/ore (another joke, not a misspelling) care to read, at least read this. Fix the texture issues please.

Hi ! I’ve got some questions and suggestions on the great latest additions.
Firstly, you say :

Why don’t you make this the top and bottom of the chiseled sandstone block, just like you did for the quartz ? That would be more useful.
Secondly, look at the screenshots attached. You should remove the two bits inside the wall because the x/y fighting creates a lot of flickering and is very annoying. Also we can’t see these bits as they are embedded in the block the torch is attached to, except for slime blocks, monster spawners and barrier blocks.
Thx for the suggestions, I found out the thing with sandstone stairs when I watched a video from etho, if you place a stair upside down it gives a different texture you can use to break up sand pathways. I will work on the torch when I am back home from holidays (currently in the USA and I don't have very good internet and resources) which is in four weeks
For the record, I always the black metal part entirely from the torch texture because I think it just looks weird. It should fix the flickering problem at least.

I'm not dead! I've just not been very into Minecraft lately. I've been more into Assassin's Creed and Terraria since there has been more updates in those games. This does mean that I won't be updating things as often as I originally did a while ago. Sorry for the trouble, Karst. I might get back into it when it updates to 1.9. I will however post a quick update for those Biomes o Plenty users who are easily avoiding quicksand! Naughty, naughty cheaters! I will post the update in a couple minutes once I re-install dropbox.

alright! So a new snapshot has rolled out, but I don't have access to any of my resources to make textures currently. I will try and work on the new texturse ASAP, but I have to be back at home in the netherlands and not at las vegas, usa :3 When I am back I will try and roll out an update for the gui's very quickly, to support the new shields. I have seen the new end and it is absolutely awesome! Can't wait for more snapshots! And I love to do textureing for the new blocks

I made an Ender Chest texture years ago, and as the Ender Chest hadn't been textured, I was wondering if you'd want to use mine.
I lost connection a few days ago before I could answer soz for that. I have added it to my testversion of the pack and I enjoy the texture alot (tried in 15w31a) I'll make sure to add it next update and ofc credit you :-)

I don't exactly know, what mods are you using? Is this MCPatcher or Optifine I can see. What version of the game are you using, version of the mods, forge, etc. That'd help me out helping you maybe solving the issue. I've never had this problem, less on an extremely modded modpack. Keep in mind, we make textures and we are not modders ;), I know a bit of code, but not much, I might be able to help troubleshooting

We (SimNico and I) are working alot on the textures for the snapshots! Thing is, because it are snapshots there will be alot of new things coming. The question from me is, would you like to see us releasing these textures as a bèta update for CoterieCraft. Please note that the textures for many guis are completely messed up if you use these packs in a different version than the 1.9 snapshots. If these snapshot packs come available you can download this from the curse site, click other downloads and click the top one. One of the very good things is that people can test what works, what looks good, what looks bad, etc.
I'd really like to see what textures are done atm. Dinnerbone said they aim to have 1.9 feature complete by the end of the month which means we could see 1.9 by the end of November if we're lucky. Even if a lot of the textures aren't finished, I'd at least like to see an update that has the new GUI in place so I could at least use this lovely pack in the snapshots. Playing Minecraft without this pack just feels so weird to me. I hope you keep doing what you're doing!
