its updated for 1.4.5 but not the LASTEST update (snapshot) 1.4.5 can be found a couple pages back

I've been doing my own personal mix of updating for various mods & stuff, using content from a couple of other packs (the ones mentioned in the first post, Quandary and Painterly), but I'm not sure I have permission to use content from those packs so I'm sort of eerie of uploading my version.

Fairly simple update, simply palette swaps for most of the items. Not that, you know, the default tools aren't palette swaps. Nope, not at all. /s

Colors remain approximately the same, just muted slightly to blend in with the texpack.

I know it's sudden, because 1.4.6 just came out not too long ago, but information on the update for CoterieCraft or Coterie Courier?

Ah balls, wrote up a long post, then lost it.

All 1.4.6 adds is fireworks, correct? I'll have a hotpatch up in a few mins.

Extract into whatever CoterieCraft zip you currently have. Oh, and I tossed in a hastily done background GUI for the enchanting table, anvil and alchemy station. wilftest has permission to use my GUIs in with his "official" releases if he wants to, just add my name into the credits if you do.

Fireworks have UI? I haven't updated to 1.4.6 yet.

Nope, all you do is craft them in a crafting table, you just need the firework and firework star item images, they explode as particles I believe, so I am not sure what you would have to do for those.

If you guys want a coterie 1.4.6 i personaly have my own version of coterie that i have modified to my liking but the mahority of textures are the same, such as dirt stone item icons. but there are changes like brewing stand gui because regualr coterie doesnt have a costom gui for that, download if you want for 1.4.6

In my coterie version, the spawn eggs are pokeballs and i have recently come to the realization of how much i dont like it so i reverted it back

you dont texture half slabs, or stairs, those automatically harness that full block textures

Well except for Stone Slabs. And sometimes you need to CTM stairs to make it so that the texture isn't messed up by the texture map for stairs, depending on how your texture for the block is laid out.
