Wonderful texture pack, thanks!
I was playing multiplayer with my brother on a vanilla private server, with no special setup of any kind, and he was invisible to me until I changed back to the regular texture pack. Any ideas why?

That isn't the texture pack, that was just be buggy SMP servers.
When Freddiew played Minecraft with this texture pack, his grass looked alot brighter, how come when I use it, it kinda dark O.o
1. There are biome colors. So depending on the biome you are in, the grass color varies.
2. He used Sonic Ether's unbelievable shaders, which make stuff brighter during the day.
Cpt. Corn, is there any way I can quickly get the brown pig and the white, black and darker brown chicken out of the Plethora? I'm gonna have a look at putting them into a Randomobs format.

I have been working with some files and I now have.
6 pigs*. (pink, brown, yellow, dark brown, dark grey, bright pink)
4 chickens*. (brown, white, black, dark brown)
2 cows. (brown/white, white/black)
7 creepers! (green, pink, blue, bright green, sepia, black, white)
4 skeletons. (default grey, sepia, dark grey, white)
4 spiders. (default, dark grey, dark blue, white)
5 zombies. (different clothes)
These are of course, just Plethoras and recolours, Cpt. Corn would have probably done a much better job of these, for example adding dirt to the pigs etc. I'm just trying to make the pack a bit more cool and add more stuff to it.
Also, I'm open to suggestions, but to keep it under the Coterie name I can only do changes to mobs Cpt. Corn has done. For example I can't do the blaze.
*I've chosen not to include some Plethora pigs and chickens as they're a little unrealistic. (blue pigs etc.)

No worries...texture packs aren't exactly something that is too persistently evolving. The pack is pretty much done as it comes to the items currently in game, and there isn't really a call for much updating unless of course new stuff is added to the game. It's nice to see some alternatives...if nothing else just to see them. I use BTW mod exclusively and I update that mod's textures to match the Coterie 'world'.
(pretty simple since a great deal of BTW are just rehash of original MC textures so all they require is a 'translation') But there is a certain style to stick to to make other things fit...so share away, looks good.
Community updates seem to be doing well, but where is our beloved Cpt. Corn? I hope he isn't hiding to avoid us!
Anyways, to those who are making the fan textures, anyone wanna work on the cobblestone? That is on his list, but he doesn't seem to touch his list too often!
I'm always here, nearly everyday. I check on my texture pack to see how it is doing and reply to the comments that catch my eye, like this one, since you've requested an answer of my well-being.
As I've said on PMC: "It will be some time before I get in the mood of texturing again, so I apologize for letting y'all down should you be yearning for more updates.
I guess I just feel overwhelmed at times, knowing that this project has a long way to go towards completion... and I am only one man, fulfilling the role as a prospectively enthusiastic college student. But that is no excuse for the ability to make something great, it's just that my availability is not as strong.
What I really want to do ranges from an assortment of subject matter:
I want to try my "hand" at voice overs, given my uniquely deep voice as a person of 18 years of age. (Perhaps you should voice chat with me through Skype... except my mic is broken, so nvm that. >.> fixed!)
I want to build a new social network, given all the ideas and innovative attitude to revamp what is currently not a popular network for me and for many others at the moment.
I want to separate myself from the true distractions of the world and focus on subject matter than will promote my knowledge and alertness to all things awesome, and to eventually diminish worldsuck over time.
I want to indirectly influence the world through web development and web design, given that such a profession would suit me the best, as opposed to English, by which may potentially fit me better than the current major I have chosen in college: Business Administration with a concentration of Computer Information Systems... but I do not know!
I want to also make time for gaming and entertainment. :3
I want to make time for my family, by which are experiencing financial ruin and other, more serious matters.
I want to make time for my college studies and the inevitable homework that comes with it.
I want to make time for my friends and the various hobbies I have.
Then... Coterie Craft somehow is apart of this, psychologically obstructing my desires and ambitions. And with it, I always wonder if you guys will still be a part of my fanbase even when Coterie Craft is long gone... assuming that I am worth something to you for the betterment of your lives, by which can fall within gaming too.
I guess I just want Coterie Craft to be of some significant worth to me like it used to be... but I can't inject the importance onto it. Perhaps it should be a story that I am committed towards designing, developing each little chapter at a time... and those chapters would be based on your desires, then I make time as I see fit to make the textures.
But is it enough to motivate me? I do not know... as an artist, like many artists, we must find new techniques that will suit our motivation and overall feeling towards a certain project. So anything that's out-of-the-box might just be enough for me... if this sounds feasible... idk, is this BS? xD
Oh, and in order to diamond you must click on the diamond icon on the upper left area of the topic page, where the number of diamonds are shown, by which is OVER 900!

+ Added flower pot block (not sprite).
+ Added new emerald block that Cpt. Corn was planning.
+ Added ender chest.
+ Added carrot on a stick sprite.
+ Added beacon.
+ Added command block.
+ Added empty map.
+ Added mob head sprites. Mob head blocks automatically change.
+ Added extra painting. (This is Cpt. Corn's PMC avatar, thought he needed some recognition.
~ Changed leather armor so it can be dyed. Removed the extra brown bits that are useless.

The extra brown thing is not useless, it's just not that helpful in coterie craft, since armors look very diffrent and are not just recolours from eachother.
I don't know, I've just tried to download it again and it works.
That is likely because it is your account and it will not block you from downloading your own files. However it is blocked, it seems the download capacity limit was reached. Would you consider hosting it on a couple other sites? Maybe dropbox?
This is by far the nicest texture pack out there. Taking everything into consideration.
Complimenting colors, no harsh, clashing lines or objects. Stays fairly true to the default theme.
Much much much better cobble than most, ties in well with other stone blocks.
No weird glitches or black areas. Really nice lighting, not to dark like several texture packs.
It's elegant!

the rod thing was good but when pulling it back it looks like the old coterie rod
The extra brown thing is not useless, it's just not that helpful in coterie craft, since armors look very diffrent and are not just recolours from eachother.
