Well, i'll tell you all the things that make it bad if that will help you.
Bad colors (especially the grass. It doesn't go well with the dirt), bad tiling in the grass, dirt, and stone, no central theme (colors, style, etc) that would make it all go together (look how out of place the stone looks next to the dirt), the side grass also doesn't create any sort of shadow or transition to dirt... it's just kind of there.
I'm not sure if you're using premade images/ textures/ photographs but if you are, don't. Most people that have any sense of what a good texture pack is know by now that all the good texture packs are drawn by hand and don't use any premade images or textures.
If you really want to keep going with this I suggest you take a look at this thread for some help on tiling and all that. viewtopic.php?f=1021&t=116037
Well don't just drop it cause of someone's opinion... if you like how it's going, then keep at it. I'm just telling you there's a few bad things about it that need to be worked on.

I started working on a 32x32 texture pack. Tell me if i have potential or if i should drop the project right away.
