Okay, So this might not be a easy question or it might be a simple one.I am curious on how you make HD textures I already know how to create/edit the textures in the game. But I simply do not know how people get smoother and clearer textures!! are they drawing the textures them self or are they using pictures?? Any advice or links will be much appreciated but so far I cant find any advanced minecraft texture creating videos or posts(if that is what it would be called lol)

Alright but when I try to make my own textures I cant go into very much detail because the tiles become much more pixelated that small. what are you suppose to do to go into detail I use photoshop CS5 with the brush/pen to the smallest point but you can only paint one pixel so I am forced to create images using blocks.(if that makes sense)

Alright thank you I appreciate it very much but one last thing where is the grass file haha on the terrain.png it does not seem to be there

Do you mean biome grass (colored) file? Because if so, its located in the misc folder. The grass texture should be in the left top corner in terrain.png
