yeah, it is a nice one..lol I modified it too, think I saw another pack with a very similar one back when I first started playing.. didn't want to be accused of stealing it.. :tongue.gif:
When I finished it last night, and saw how it came out, I thought it was the nicest addition I had done in awhile. Now after I saw yours, total sadness. Hah. Oh well, THEY are still the best lapis blocks in my opinion. The original idea for it blows in comparison.
it looks really good in your pack...a nice offset from the smoothness of the rest I think. you chose a good example screen to show it off, and I think it fits nicely. I have never really been happy with it in my pack...and am playing around with a couple alts to replace it with.
i really like the smoothness of that tex pack, but there is 1 thing i dont like that much. the ores! they look like coloured buttons in my opinion, but keep it that way if you want it

Thanks chief. And I completely understand the thing against the ores, it's just something I wanted to do JUST for the ores. If I ever get tired of them, or realize it looks totally out of place, I won't hesitate to change them. I have a couple of ideas in mind too.

Texture packs usually don't cause the game to crash. It usually has to do with reloading the HD fix with a clean jar file, reinstalling everything, etc. Whenever I have changed texture packs, or added some, and it crashes or whatnot, it's usually a sign I forgot to re-patch or have a screwed up minecraft.jar.
Let me know if it works fine after doing a clean install with a new jar file. No one else has had the issue, so it might just be a screwed up file.
works fine for me with my shaders..only problem I have had with a few is they need a terrain_nh.png and a terrain_s.png. just open terrain and black it out..save as the above files.
I don't get it Grugs. I checked each one, one by one, and found nothing really missing. They might have been just too close in color or faded and the bumper thought them to be missing? No clue. Checked them out in two different paint programs just in case.
I keep putting those off...lol I mean...I can use google for most of them.. but the weapons/tools I'm gonna try to do myself.. hopefully I'll get those done soon.
I really like this texture pack, however I was wondering if you were one day going to put support for the Wild Grass mod? I love that mod but my favourite texture packs don't support it.
Excellent work with this texture pack. I love HD packs but I hate how disjointed they feel at 128+. Making a clean lines style pack at high res was a great idea, and I applaud your work.
One thing though, the tops of torches seem a bit buggy on my client(basically the sides of the tops don't appear. I'll see if I can get a screenshot tomorrow.). Not a big deal, just thought I should mention it.
