Adriorn, I too am having the same problems with the transparent grass. I did the HD fix, and swapped out the terrain.png's but the grass is still transparent on the sides. (I am running 64x)

Download the new 64x pack. I swapped the files on the zip so that the default terrain.png is the one with grass. The other one in the pack is the one for the Biome-Colored Sidegrass mod.

Let me know if it worked.

My favorite is #4, by far. But I think Grugsy said it best. It's almost as if it doesn't match the pack. I really like #1, but that other guy was right. It not tiling well in the tree is a huge negative now in my mind (damn him!). I tried messing around with it to make it tile better, but it came out looking like crap. I'll keep trying and see what I can do, if anything. I'm currently playing with #4, and liking it.

The lava and gravel hurt my eyes to look at after a while...

There's no need to chief. None of the textures were changed or new ones added. It's working fine for me.

Update:

Updated leaves, let me know. I have the other nice textures saved in case we feel like trying them out instead.
Minor fixes to certain textures, shouldn't be too noticeable.
Updated chests as suggested.
Probably missing something...

Custom animations! Thanks to Grugsy, lava and water now have custom animations, let us know what you think. The still water animation came out especially nice in my opinion. Cheers to Grugsy.

I really like what you have done here! I find other HD packs almost too real, and they try and hide the fact that minecraft is cube-y. This just makes cubes look good

Haha. Wow, I didn't even realize it. I went searching for a nice tile set for lapis and found that one, and as you can tell I modified it. You gotta admit it's a damn nice texture block. Funny coincidence.

It's too simple, I'm looking for something more realistic.
