Here is a modified version of Puppytime's Seamless 128x128 texture package.
I do 'not' take credit for 'any' of the artwork in this package, nor those which I have modifed Seamless package with (and those he has modified with). All images used belong to the rightful owners listed below.

Make sure your distance is set to Normal, as higher-res textures can cause it to black screen easily. Dual video cards in Minecraft won't be supported so that won't help with performance.
I'm running a gtx470 so I'm sure it'll do fine on mine. Do you have a test 256x of yours I could try? Or you just tried Enhances ?
And also your vidRAM is fine for this game, but 256x256 on a BETA game, it's hard to say. My card has 1.2GB of memory and handles the game quite well. I never bought into the dual video card stuff well, sadly not all games support it fully but some games do support it quite well, I just don't play any of those games that support it fully :/
I'm taking what Ive learned from this and making a world of warcraft pack, maybe 32,64 and 128
Should take me a long time tho to get everything right, including gui , items, armor, weapons etc.
Puppytime, I have a question for you. Would you mind sending me your psd files? If not I totally understand. I thought I'd continue working on what you've done and fix a few things, along with the furnace arrow animation that's missing. This would allow you to continue on the WoW texture packs. I would not post any changes without your OK, and will check with you prior to posting.
I'm PMing you my email if you choose too :smile.gif:
Alright there Puppy, you are building up a nice fanclub here. But none of those lousy fans who are just derping around crying about the update isnt coming fast enough...actually your fanclub is pretty productive.
So I try to give my own two cents to this awesome pack and show you my ideas:
It isnt pretty much thou, so you can see I am more than pleased with the work you have done. Also kudos to mikules! (By the way...could you tell me your settings on AA/AF for minecraft if you are using the nvidia-inspector? I always get pink lines on every block in the distance.)
/Reno
Hi Reno, and thanks! (and Nice work on the minerals!!!) I like them!
Inside the Nvidia control panel you'll find "Manage 3D settings", select that. Then to the right select the tab called "Program Settings". This will allow you to choose a program that you wish to force your settings on.
To make AA work with Minecraft you need to choose the setting "Antialiasing - Mode" and select "Override any application setting" from the drop down.
I have my AA set to 32, but have dropped it down to 16x as this relieves a lot more stuttering at times.
I am running on Windows XP 64bit (I have Win7 too but XP just plays games far better). So in my case (and other XP users maybe) I have to choose the program "javaw.exe" to get the settings to work. For some reason selecting "Minecraft.exe" doesn't work under Windows XP (at least in my case).
If you find the same problem I had, the "javaw.exe" file is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\javaw.exe
Hope this helps! :smile.gif:
Edit: Also set your Anisotropic filtering to 16x, this helps a lot for objects in the distance. I also have my Antialiasing - Transparency set to 8x (supersample)
Keep in mind I am running a 470, so I don't know how my settings might perform on your card.
My wow pack - im totally geeking out, but its going to take me a long time i think.
I could literally make a different pack for every area.
But I think im just going to do a org /uc /barrens based theme and the gay alliance cities (IF /SW /elwyn)
Full gui, items, art and will eventually get to armor and mobs, they need to be resized and tweaked a ton to get it to work but it should be incredible.
Starting out with 128s and sizing down afterwards when everything gets tweaked to content.
Got the gui pretty much, but wondering if i can alter to show the dragons on the edges? Or would i have to alter a class file to do that?
If anybody knows I would really appreciate somebody to point me in the right direction.
Id also like to alter the life bar into unit frames XD
think Im in way over my head but gives me something to do
Wow. I like. I usually like simple/clean texture packs, but I think this will be my first realistic tex pack... Love your loading bar. Circle. Whatever...
Because they are marijuana leaves lol It's a pure plant yo! :smile.gif:
