Shows a cobblestone house with glass blocks, and double wooden door. Workbench in brown block on left, clue boxes beside that are the chests, and the "off" block on top is the furnace (which turns to "on" when in use ).
Item bar from left to right; cactus, yellow flower, red mushroom, reeds, gold ore, iron bar, coal, diamond bar, redstone dust.
This image shows the beautiful moon at night, with sand and water in the foreground, and then dirt and trees.
Item bar from left to right; tree sapling, red flower (rose), other brownish mushroom, dirt, sand, stone, gravel, tree trunk blocks.
I made this texture pack for my own personal use, but figured I would share, because I love you allsssssss
Hopefully I will update and add more, which is why I posted this as version 1.
Post any comments and feedback if you feel the need to!
-some blocks tweaked and new ones added

-crosshair is now a little star
-chicken was reskinned as a yellow yoshi (it drops yellow spotted yoshi eggs)
-creeper got it's head reskinned as a bomb-omb
-probably more, I forget
you could try making the paintings from super mario 64
or a sprite from mario(or luigi) in a differnt form with the item next to hit
i know it's called super mario world but it's never wrong to suggest the use of different games right ?
this is a cool mod no less
but i'll have to make a seperate world for this , cause i don't think my pre-existing world s will look nice init
another qiuck suggestion : u used the vin for one of the flowers right ? how about the vines = reed (so it can grow larger) and the flower is a fire flower .
keep it up
Good suggestions, thanks!
I was thinking about the paintings from Super Mario 64 before, but I came across a Super Mario 64 texture pack on these forums where someone already did that (so stealing those could be a backup haha). I think the sprite idea for paintings is cool though, I could use a lot of sprites that I wouldn't use otherwise.
Also, I did use the vine for reeds, and it does look pretty good when it grows. The fire flower is a tree sapling, because I couldn't think of anything better for it. And the red and yellow flowers are actually two sprites from the same enemy flower that was on the ground in Super Mario World, and it blinked between red and yellow and shot out four fire balls at once, I believe.
If this pack is a 16x pack and the game is 16x, why are the block blurry? I don't know if I like this because I haven't downloaded it, but I might if the blurryness is fixed.

Thank you :smile.gif:
The sun is this enemy. I have to mess around with making it darker and a better contrast for version 1.1, it's quite hard to see.
Oh I totally forgot about that sprite! I'm so going to change it to that :biggrin.gif:
