From the person who brought you Super Mariocraft 64!
Shockcraft is a 16 x 16 texture pack I made for the Texture Pack Compo. For the lack of a better name, I named it after myself. I went for a smooth and detailed, yet some-what modern approach. It's not too much of a drastic depart from the original, yet it's different enough that it feels new. Unfortunately, I only had time to finish the terrain.png and grasscolor.png. More additions may follow, such as GUI.
A lush green forest, contrasted by the reddish mountain sides.
Most people I know use cloth as flooring, so why not spruce it up?
A meeting room with a gentle sunset outside.
Treasure chests (with rather straight-forward signs.)
Pumpkins for the pumpkin God!
Portals look 400% cooler with lava coursing through its veins.
You may find caves being a lot more smooth.
A hilly lakeside, with sunflowers!
A display of all current blocks.

cool, but, there's nothing really unique or outstanding here, there are probably a lot of packs out there doing the exact same thing
Your comment would be better suited for "Make Every Block A Solid Color Pack #409" I'm always surprised how in every single one everyone acts like it's never been done before.
I see where you're coming from though - a lot of the textures were intended to stay close to the default textures but with my own take on them. The rest of the textures I tried to be as original as possible. Try to find another pack with potbelly stoves or molten obsidian, for example.
tplz make this compatable with the wild grass mod it makes it wierd and ugly!
I'll add it to my to-do list.

I'm sorry if it seemed like it, but I'm not acting like a douchebag, those "solid textures hurr durr" packs are lame, but this one doesn't really have a specific theme or anything, unlike candycraft, horrorcraft, spacecraft...etc
It's nice, and I don't think I could've done it anything better but make something exeptional of it; originality
Okay, I see what you mean. I tried to make my theme "close to the default textures, but more smooth and modern," so that could explain what you're seeing. Although I'll try to heed your advice, I may change things such as the reeds and bedrock.
It's not as sharp as pixel art packs, but that's not what I was going for. I was going for a smooth look; It's not for everyone. However, if you'd like something sharper, check out Super Mariocraft 64.

I lol'd.
Nice, I absolutely love the magma obsidian!
Ha, yeah. People like to visit my floating fortress on the server I go to, so I figured they might as well laugh at my chest labels.
Cool pack. I, as well, feel the same way you do about packs with everything one solid color, and this is a nice break.
Though, if it's possible, could you make the portal swirls some sort of burgundy color? It seems like that would work a lot better with the molten obsidian.

Glad you like it!
Sleekcraft! Check it out!
If it bothers enough people, I can remake them sharper, but it may potentially look out of place.
Could you make the sign texture match everything though? they look really out of place.
West and North Freeport also here on the MC forums
Noted, and thank you.
I have yet to re-texture the signs, but yes, I will.
OMNIGAR!!!
It seems like it isnt as dark at night unlike the other texture packs
Great job 4 diamonds : )
And singing of chorus,
down from the heavens,
descended Chuck Norris.
Might I suggest adding different colored foliage to the trees?
KUDOS!
Thanks, to both of you.
