for a redstone dust you could do dung but edit it to make it red
for redstone torch do the mht torch icon and edit to make it red too
now im just throwing this out there but maybe a sap plant could be feathers
im clueless on the saddle and the bread... sorry... but you could try to recreate the bread in the backround of the kitchen in freedom unite, but that would look weird

Well, I have a couple of thoughts on the saddle, bread, and feather for ya.
Saddle could be the monster pelt icon.
Bread could use the Ration icon, it's the best idea I could think of... It's really the only food-related icon, sadly.
Feather could use the Qureppeco feather icon, a pink non-skeletal monster part icon...
Redstone could be a Tranq Bomb icon. =3
I've only played Tri myself, unfortunately, so I apologize if that makes things any more difficult, though to help I've got a link to the Tri Wiki page for ya.
It's the monster parts page, but just a quick poke about should net you the items. Good luck, I hope to see this idea become completed! Just keep in mind that anything in the terrain.png is a skin for a 3D model. Particularly all the torches. The lit redstone one you'll see isn't all modeled out, the 'glow' overflows off of the model a bit! =3
I recommend keeping Minecraft open and having an infdev game to look at things... And again, good luck!

I support the idea of Chickens being mini Kut-Kus. How about Mosswine instead of sheep, and Apceros (those grey herbivores that don't fight back) instead of Cows?
