Looks fantastic, although I am afraid to ask what resolution the pack is at.

Misa's is 64x64, unless he changed the resolution, it should be 64x64 too.

Other than the potion looking a bit choppy (to me), looks great!

in the bucket I'll use the potion's icon.

Milk Bucket: Cool Drink Icon

Axe: Switch Axe Icon
Fishing Rod: Goldenfish Bait Icon

Sorry, I don't play Monster Hunter so I didn't really pay attention to that... besides I'm not a 64X kind of guy. Yeah I know, "Monster Hunter thread blah blah" It's cool.
