its easy go to your bin file in your minecraft folder which is in: C:/users/(your user name)/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/bin
then right click on minecraft.jar and select open with and choose winrar ,then scroll down till you find texture.png and copy it to your desktop,if you are looking for over folders there in there too like armor and gui.
