Got some minecraft in today on your pack, and I'm digging the new update! Just a few comments.
The Iron's a little garish. It's really way too orange...I'd stick to something more like the original minecraft texture. I like that it stands out, but when I first saw it, I thought it was gold. So I'd ask that you tone it down adn make it a little more like your previous iron ore blocks.
Gravel is just sexy. Don't change that. Ever.
The pork chop texture actually made me jump when I saw it :tongue.gif: It looks like it was done in a high-res pack, so nice! I wouldn't mind it being a little less gory, though.
The new lighting is beautiful with your pack.
I was initially kind of surprised at the new glass, but it works.
Why is there a doily on the crafting bench!? Has it just not yet received the Higgle Tiggle texturing magic? It looks like a cake should go on top of it.
Just my constructive criticisms. Otherwise it looks great. New progress bar works. Keep up the freaking incredible work!
a doily? what is this madness you speak off? it was meant to be a mat for working on, maybe i will darken it up, im gunna simple down the new items a lil but not too simple, same shape and coulors, without the gore etc, oh and i dont have any previous iron ore blocks, but i can get to work on iron ore :smile.gif:
Wow. This is a sweet pack. I love the simplicity of it. So many packs try to be realistic and crap like that, but this pack, like octhrope said, preserves the 8-bit quality of Minecraft. Good work on this.

Ive been using the texture pack since version 3 and Ive been meaning to post to state how much I dig it, but I kept losing the forum thread, lol.
If I had to have a beef (and normally I wouldnt, Im pretty laid back, but if I HAD to) with anything at all in the pack, I would probably say that the Zombie face could use something. Not sure what, but its not your best work.
Overall though, Its one of my favs. Ive tried a lot of different ones, and still have around 6 still in circulation, but I use yours the most frequent. GJ man.

i have been working on v7 a lil, trying to figure out armor sprites etc, so expect v7 to have atleast 1 set of armor done, im also gunna slightly simple down the new tools and new porkchops, they look too detailed for the pack
Hey i put this file into my texturepacks folder and selected it in minecraft and I load my game and it went to black, looks like great texturepack, but it aint working. Any suggestions?
this happens to me from time to time with all texture packs i download :smile.gif: just delete the bin folder and re download and the prob should be solved, if your like me and use single player commands just delete the minecraft jar and the version file and let it redownload.
This is my favorite texture pack ever made. I think it looks so amazing and simple.
srsly BEST EVAH. plz keep this going this is an amazing pack. I only ever use this it looks so nice and the cobble texture is so much betr than default (no offense Notch).

Besides the new glass, this is my favorite texture pack of them all, and Ive literally tried over 50 packs. Kudos to you sir.
Just a FYI, there is a glitch with your bed texture, you are missing the side of the two front legs of the bed.
