Wow! This is really nice for a 16x RPG pack. I would like to see more of an RPG feel in the planks though. Also you should edit the texture of the rain to make it look better.

I really like what you've done with the wool blocks! My lighthouse (made of wool blocks) looks really cute with your paterns.
Can't really see the changes on the glass blocks.. but maybe that's a good thing?
The lapis.. something something block is nice!
You (not me) were right about the mossy cobblestone.. the old texture is looking better
The pigs are looking great. I didn't see any squids.... they're maybe on vacation??
Now something else. The minecart..... it's just a boring grey thing, can you make it more fantasy looking??

It's not really a problem but I'm just going to say it.. The smooth stone compared with the cobbel is kinda flat.. it doesn't really have depth. But just forget this silly comment.

Minecarts ARE boring as hell. That's because I honestly haven't taken the time to really figure out how the skins work. :tongue.gif: You wouldn't think it was that complicated, but I've tried to edit them before (giving you what's currently in the pack) and it turned out looking like poop. However, you've reminded me that I'm not done with them. Thank you.
As for the smooth stone... Yes. It's boring. But honestly, I want at least one boring texture in there just to balance things out. It's supposed to be a smooth slab of stone which, survey says, is pretty boring IRL. If it's easy on the eyes after three hours of low-light mining, then my work here is done. :smile.gif:
I'm also getting hyped for 1.8
Can't wait to see all the details they've fiddled with, added, and so forth.

Rain I am totally up to tackling. Not really sure what to do for it, though... Were you thinking actual animated droplets instead of lines, or what? I mean, real rain is pretty much just a wet streak aimed at the ground. Hard to do much with, without gettin' all creative on it.
As for planks... Er... I'm not really sure how to give strips of wood an "RPG feel". If you had something specific in mind, I'd love to hear it, but you gotta remember that you only get one 16x16 pixel texture for the top, sides, AND bottom of the block. Whatever it's gonna look like, it has to look good from all sides, and I don't wanna get too crazy with tiny carvings or some such.
BUT, like I said. If you've got an idea (or better yet, a little sketch), share with the class?
I like the cart, but as IronWaffle said, does it make sense? In the crafting recipe you use no wood, so I think there should be no wood. But again, I'm a bit torn, one side going for the making sense part and the other saying that the one you made looks f'ing awesome. hmm...

Here's what I'm thinking:
Screw absolute accountability of ingredients.
-You make a boat with 5 blocks of wood, but there's no mention of what's holding it together.
-Diamond tools have more than just shards of diamond and a stick in them, but we make do.
-A bow usually has some sort of handle, but we assume you're using scraps or something.
I want my cart to, at the very least, have a wooden floor. Looking at it more now, I'd rather make the rim iron, but the floor stays the same.
