The only thing with lava themed slimes is they tend to congregate around water. Might be a bit of an odd cross-over. However, water elemental slimes? That's a thought.

Need more feedback on this poll. NEED. Want. Love? <3
Personally, Ifeel that the GUI is a bit too plain. I understand that you don't want it to be heavily ornate, but I feel that it could do with some more detail. Nothing too fancy, maybe just making it look like parchment, or a scroll, or maybe a book. It would make more sense for the character to be keeping track of inventory on a physical object, instead of a mysterious menu floating in the air.
I did notice one thing that's been annoying me but I forgot to mention. Sulfur was changed back to gunpowder but it's still yellow. Gunpowder isn't yellow you silly goose.

Er, I HADN'T actually caught that yet. :tongue.gif:
Thanks for pointing it out. Back to gray for the next patch.

Also a good point. I'll see what I can do to maybe get it matching the 'Achievement Get' bar a little better - couple'a jewels, a thin gilt frame, something. Maybe lacquer the whole thing a darker wooden tone.
Also, please remember to comment if you have any specifics to go with your vote.
A mark for "Items" is lovely, but I'd love to know WHICH items you had in mind, or just to redo the whole thing. :tongue.gif:

I voted for that and I probably should've stated what could use work, oops :tongue.gif: . Anyway the main reason I picked that was just the gunpowder but others could use work.
I like how all the swords are different, but all other tools are almost exactly the same but different colors, It'd be nice to see different looking tools.
And the redstone repeater is a piece of paper with a circle on it.
Diamond is just a single piece of diamond, when the ore has multiple pieces visible in it, don't really care about that but maybe two or three small pieces just there might look good.

Sulfur/gunpowder back to grey. Check.
New redstone repeater icon. Check.
Change up the tools a bit more. Check.
Diamond + shards. Check.
I'll plug these bad boys into the next patch. :smile.gif:

Thank you :laugh.gif: . But it appears in the terrain on the first stage of it growth has a single white pixel there. So weird, minecraft is the only game I know about that can be completely messed up by a single pixel.
Oh and while I'm at it I demand a custom breaking animation >:U... pretty please with sugar on top?

Single pixel's already fixed. As for the custom breaker, I'll get right on it.
One thing that has really been bugging me lately is gravel. I like how it's made up of little pebbles and all, but it looks too, well, purple. It looks weird in a world where pretty much nothing else is. This might just be because I don't really like gravel itself, but I'd appreciate it if you took a look. Thanks!
As for the shadow mobs, I'm starting to like them. Having to decide in pitch-darkness whether to dodge arrows, attack with a sword, or just plain run away seems like a great addition to the game. Also, I think it would be GREAT if you could have different elements and the like. Squids and slimes as water, hostile mobs as darkness, Nether mobs as fire, etc. Awesomeness in a zip file. :biggrin.gif:

I'll see what I can do about gravel, for sure. I've had that comment a few times already, and it's about time I actually listened.
As for elemental mobs... Yes. :tongue.gif: Just yes. I'm gonna make the 'Pig Zombie' mob a bit more fiery. Slimes are already water-elemental for the next patch. Normal creatures I want to leave as they are, but new mobs are certainly up for elemental grabs.
Thank you for the vote, and the suggestions. :biggrin.gif:
If you could improve the gravel and stone slabs, they kinda bug me especially the sides of the slabs. But so far great pack :smile.gif:
Gravel's on the way, but stone slabs I'll need a suggestion for.
Right now, I've got them designed to be marble pillars, just to offer a different kind of block. If you've got a better notion, I'm all ears, but I don't know where to take them yet.
All right... Gravel's a lot less purple now. Color-wise, it's a darker shade of cobblestone. Also, Diamond Armor has been touched up just a tad, both on the items file and the character model. I'm loving the new Diamonds w/shards graphic - it really does make it stand out much more as a top-tier resource.
Mobs are lookin' good, blocks are lookin' good... Yup. :smile.gif:
I'm thinking I'll still wait for the 1.7 update, and just include all these tweaks with it.
No point having everyone update once a week for minor tweaks, especially when Mojang are being so good about regular content plugs.
Keep your eyes peeled, my pets. More to come very soon. <3

1.7 may be quite a while yet, so I would say release the updated texture pack by the end of next week if we have no word on 1.7 release date.
Also, as far as gravel goes it still would be nice to have a hint of color. In real like gravel isn't always purple, but it is never grayscale.
