IIRC, texture packs don't need to be updated like mods do unless there's a change relevant to textures. And I don't think there has been any between 1.4.2 and 1.4.5.

Old one for comparison, I decided to add a little bit more detail to a few textures because I think it's getting a little too plain.
I like it but, it does kind of look like just long colored bricks so I'm not sure. It needs something that needs to make it woody but, that would make it not simple so try improving making it kind of detailed and simple.

Well they are planks, normally planks are stacked on top of each other.
Edit: It's also hard to add a lot more detail when its only 16x16
What about gravel? And I have no mods installed, since I only play legit.
No mods installed, since you only play legit? First i should state even if you don't use mods you should understand the difference between certain mods,
OPTIFINE: this mod is a support mod, it improves system stability, adds graphical options so you can manually adjust to add additional stability, adds HD support, random mobs, connected textures, and yadda yadda. It DOES NOT actually change anything about the game, there is no addition of blocks, entities, or any other similar changes, you can still play "legit" with this mod installed.
MCPATCHER: this mod patches your game for similar things such as, HD, random mobs, better sky, connected textures, and yadda yadda, DOES NOT add any changes to the game, you can still play "legit" with this mod.
INDUSTRIALCRAFT: this is an addition mod, it does add blocks, mechanics, and the various other things, this is NOT a support mod and DOES change the game, unlike optifine or MCpatcher, and is not "legit"
Second the whole reason for this explanation is just a notice you can play "legit" with SOME mods installed and shouldn't discriminate ANY MOD by saying you only play legit, since legit can still be said with such mods as optifine and mcpatcher, and a better word to take place of your whole discriminatory statement towards mods would just to state "unmodded".
Understand? :?
Also i don't reeaaally like low detail packs, but the concept you have here is nice and quite well presented, good job on that. O3O

Yay, you fixed it. Thank you and I thought mcpatcher was an HD helper not a mod. *Applause*
This used to be a great texture pack. Back in 1.2, it stayed simple. The GUI's were simple, all the blocks were simple, everything. But now, the GUI buttons have 3 colors, instead of 2. And the wood just looks like someone puked on all 6 sides of the block.
