I made a Minecraft 1.5 edit of the Clean Design Texturepack for you to use until ShortStuf7 updates his pack.
What I changed: cleaner textures for the quartz blocks, hopper, dispenser & dropper, comparator, redstone block, daylight detector and activator rail. For all the existing textures I used this superb texture pack converter: http://www.minecraft...rom-dinnerbone/
One thing you might wanne change on your own are the wool and glowstone textures because I'm using the older ones from ShortStuf7 before he updated them and changed their colour. You can easily do that by converting your current Clean Design version and replacing the cloth textures in my edit with the converted ones. think there are some other smaller things I kept dragging through previously updates because I liked them more, maybe some saplings.
But just try it. It looks good for me.
Thanks for doing this! Just FYI, when I tried it out the purple interior of portals was just a bunch of white boxes that said "missing texture". Everything else so far looks great.
You're right! I forgot two or three textures. Try downloading again, I made an update! If this "missing texture" continues to appear try deleting the portal.png and portal.txt from the textures/block folder inside the pack. In this situation minecraft should use its standard textures and because I didn't change the portal textures it should be just fine!
Downloaded the updated pack and that fixed it. Thanks!
I think you kinda just ripped of the vanilla textures and just repainted the blocks and items so it looks more clean. There's a lot of those packs already get creative and do your own textures from scratch. I think you can make an awesome pack! (at least that's my opinion )
I appreciate your opinion. This pack has been around for close to 3 years and has over a hundred thousand downloads. I think I'll keep doing what I'm doing
