hey i realized that the water is still blue when you go under it i use optifine does it add the water color png cuase ive looked in other packs and its not there

Even though there have only been snapshots, once 1.3 comes out, there will be a LOT of new content added. Thus, more textures will need to be worked on. I'm not sure how soon the update will come out (I heard rumors that it will come out in a month), but it would probably be easier on you if you worked on the textures now, rather than rushing out everything once Minecraft has been updated.
Again, I'm sorry if it feels like I'm dictating you to do things. It's your lovely texture pack after all, so you work on it as you see fit~.

There's another texture pack like this, High on Sugar, which I love. This, however, is about 69 times better! Definitely going to use this immediately.
EDIT: The rainbows in the GUI are the most amazing and beautiful thing I have ever seen in any texture pack ever.

I'm currently attempting to update this myself, I've done it in the past but it still won't be as great as nighthaunt's work. P.S 1.3 is coming out on August 1st but there will be a pre-release around the 25th
