EDIT: The 32nd layer and under still is a bit... Memory eating... Otherwise, it could be these reasons:
*Your computer is having problems with Java.
*Java is somewhat corrupted.
*World data is bad.
*Minecraft.jar still hasn't gotten it's cookie... and cake.
*Minecraft.jar needs a better code structure.
Hmm, I might have to delete minecraft entirely and download a new client. I also might have to reinstall java as well. That's a pain. >.<
I like the new cobblestone texture, although it's going to mean I have to revamp my house now. (aesthetics freak ) But I like the completely transparent glass, I don't think I'll use the blue dot glass like in the movie, although that is accurate to it, I just like the visibility of 0.4's glass. And is that the permanent cow texture?
The main room of my house.
The front of my house. (although basic)
A huge mountain close to my dwelling, I'm thinking of building a huge observatory up there. (Marvelous view point)
I personally think its this reason:
*Minecraft.jar still hasn't gotten it's cookie... and cake.
but I also said COULD, not HAS TO BE (or anything related to this)
BTW, Adding the texture pack to the texture pack list crashes the game :3
BTW(2), You should remove that name and censor it before a noob comes and researches, then reports you for having referenced "explit (spell fail) Content"
As of now, I'll leave the cow as is since I kinda like it personally. The cobble block doesn't look bad as a wall piece either so I don't think it will bother you that much. I still have to deal with this memory issue before I can continue on the pack.
Oh and, look at this post http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=81888. It's a pretty reliable post. Truthfully, I don't want to replace the default texture, so I'm not going to install it. I can still understand the concept, however, from the files (and screenshots)

The thing is, my minecraft wasn't causing any crashes until today.
Hmm. I going out of the blue here, but I just think it's your computer, OR java OR your minecraft chunkz.
And that the game still hasn't gotten cake... YET.
Yep, I'm suffering from large amounts of memory leaks. I'm not even sure what the problem is. I tried reinstalling java as well as minecraft.
I know its not the answer anyone wants to hear, but try using memtest86 and check for a bad stick of ram. It is very possible that you may have a bad stick of ram.
Bad ram sticks can cause very irratic behavior, not just system wide crashes. Could also mean the ram is "going" bad and not completely there yet. Minecraft, as you and I both know, can be very resouorce heavy, especially for players such as you and I are constantly updating our clients to test our maps. Maps which are even MORE demanding than the normal 16 x 16.'
My suggestion, test your ram using memtest86. Google it, you can get it for free.
Other than that, I like your creepy cows =). I am working on my mobs now too. I have skeletons almost done and zombies are like the virus infection with the bright yellow from the Evolution game.
Sadfayse on the memory leaks. Hope you get to finishing this cuz it looks really amazing. So far, it's the best looking Tron texture pack i've seen.
I need to invest in a new laptop so I can work on this. As of now everything is at a stand still. I could still design things, but I will probably need an expert in patching to install and test them.
I actually found 7 diamonds all together in a vein, was a triumphant moment. :biggrin.gif: Very easy to see all the different ores in contrast to the existing stone. (one of the top reasons I love this pack)
Sorry to hear about the system trouble.. only thing I can think of is reinstall all your drivers, reboot, and reinstall Minecraft again. If my world gets really big (40mb+) it starts to lag and glitch really bad, so I try to refrain from making long distance Nether portals. And I like the cow, it's just the face, it's really creepy. Just another reason to kill them besides their incessant mooing.
Anyone have any idea why .4 doesn't work? Its the same as .3, just the Mojang Specifications symbol changed.
0.4 works just fine for me. I patched MC to 64x64, then manually implanted the Minecraft.jar with the rest of the textures. And that's it. It hasn't messed up at all on me. *knocks on wood*

@Master- Yeah I'll be removing the site name.

Nope just the usual adding textures, patch, and run. It isn't my textures problem though since it's doing that to me on default textures as well.

Wow that sucks i hope you can get it fixed soon :C

Do not put this in the texture pack list and select it. Upon reboot of Minecraft, the game will hang at Mojang Specifications and crash. EVERY TIME.
Wish you would have posted this before D:
