I was excited because I use to play Runescape in my early teens. I was looking forward to the nostalgia, but this looks slopped together.

Sorry if this post is harsh, but perhaps you should find someone to pass the torch to. I want a real runescape texture pack now.

This game always did sort of remind me of runescape, what with the it being java, not-so-great-but-still-fun graphics, and the mellow music.

Disappointed. Sad face.

i gave it a shot. not all the texures are updated. everything is just way to blurry to make any of it out. some of the stuff looks good, but not enough to outweigh the bad. if it werent for labeling i'd have no clue what i had in my inventory. it looks kinda rediculous. your hearts in the right place but it needs alot of work, like to torches in my opinion shouldnt be those lanturns because it looks bulky and weird. just my opinion

i was thinking i may just delete all items and textures and make it 64x64

Cool, looks good. Also, I'm pretty sure you can find some sort of rowboat somewhere on that game.

It would be good if you used an actual dragon pickaxe from the game instead of a red pickaxe. Would be much more epic :biggrin.gif:

The texture pack looks very cut'n paste.
The iron armor does not match the rune item icon.
Not what I was wanting from a Runescape texture pack, I was expecting mabye... A pixl remake? Or something...

oh yeah this is a tricky tex pack. a mod might be useful to go with to make more rs like. just sayin.
