change of question, since u all seem to have played okami, is it possible to run a ps2 game disc on a pc using an emulator? if yes then i will buy okami and forever use this texutre pack ( i cant use something from a game i want so bad but cant get D: )
It is possible to run Okami on an emulator, I actually do so for reference on my texture pack. Keep in mind you need to use your own copy of Okami and PS2 BIOS.
If you set it up correctly, when you plug your controller into the computer, it'll able to detect the pressure sensitivity on the triggers, analog stick motion and the other buttons into in-game actions.
You'll also need a decently powerful computer to run the game smoothly though. If you don't have a halfways decent GFX card don't even bother trying to run this.
I have a Core 2 Quad Q8300m, 4Gb of RAM, 64bit Windows 7 and a Radeon HD 5570 GFX card.
My GFX card is on the lower end of the spectrum, but I am still able to run the game pretty smoothly on high settings.
If you need help with the emulator configuration, message me and I'll help you out.
Another thing to note, the game bugs up and freezes on PCSX2 when you enter the Gojo Bridge or Aristocratic Quarter in Sei'an City. The only solution I know of is to download a save game file which is saved after this section of the game and load it into the emulator.
With that in mind, I would just try to play the game on an actual PS2 or Wii.
You can also see if a Wii emulator works better for you, but I don't much about it.

May I make a suggestion?
Use the current Lightstone texture for the new Redstone lamps and change Lightstone to something more like the old texture.
(I hate artificial-looking Lightstone when it generates naturally... <_<)
