The bed should work fine too, unless you grabbed an earlier version of the pack for some reason.
The only thing I did was download a thingy that allowed me to patch my version of Geroduko by pressing a big PATCH button :tongue.gif:
Yeah, but where'd you get "your version of geroduko"? The version in the first post is fully updated for 1.3, so the beds should work fine. If they're not showing up, you must have installed an older, outdated version.
Is there anyway to actualy get the texture packs lava? I like it a lot but using the patcher only gives me the option for classic lava and some other lava, not the actual texture pack lava.

from the "known issues" section of the OP (a little buried, I know):

- If you want to use the lava textures in terrain.png as animated lava instead of JohnSmith's animated textures, just delete custom_lava_still.png & custom_lava_flowing.png from GERUDOKU.zip before you patch, then check "Custom Lava" when patching.

Hi everyone.
I have a problem installing this texture pack. First off, I REALLY tried to solve this on my own. Really, REALLY tried. But after a few hundred dead ends (and roughly an hour), I decided to ask everyone.

Oh Man! I know exactly whats wrong.
Anti-aliasing
while it's different for all graphics cards, you can turn it off on any. just look up how to turn it off on your graphics card.
Thanks SpinBuilder. Too bad my sucky laptop is kinda messed up in the graphics card department and apparently it is "set in stone" that anisotropic filtering is off x_x
Thanks for the answer though. This problem was pissing the eff outta me! (At least now I understand it xD)
Yay 1.3_01, IMO I think your armor is the best I've ever seen that has the RPG feel I wanted, though I do look forward to seeing you come out with a Insane array of art for this mod to match this mods greatness. Anyways I hope to see what you have for us next and hope you accept my gift of water thats supposed to be lapis lazuli blocks >.>
Thanks for the nod in Tyken's direction, I found the alt textures (which, BTW, is awesome!) with the transparent ores.
I wish the 'veined' version of the Redstone Ore was available in the transparent set. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers! :-)
Heh, thanks. All i've done is compiled everyone else's hard work into a neat little list. I've done a few edits but nothing note worthy, atleast in my opinion.

My version of Geroduko is called GERUDOKU_DSBremix-1.2.02_(v1.4.4). I'm guessing it isn't the newest one, do you mind giving me a link to the newest one? I've tried to locate a download link, but either I'm blind, or I can't find anything.
Look at the first post of this thread. The very first one, at the beginning, where it starts. Page 1. The link is near the top of the page in 72pt bold font, following the words "DOWNLOAD HERE". If you can't find it, you don't deserve to use it.
So i just went ahead and edited it myself with the currently lighter background. It's not perfect my its my best attempt at it.
Well done! that is a very good attempt. I like the subtle shading around the ores in the stone. BTW, how did you get the shading done?
aye, well i will give Tyken credit for the coal, iron and lapis ore inserts but i actually edited and cut the redstone dust, diamond and gold myself, and put them all on the lighter stone background. (shadows and all)
This is more of a problem with minecraft than with the pack, although the added memory HD textures require probably doesn't help. There seem to be a number of memory leaks in the current version that can cause the game to crash after a few minutes if your video settings are too high. Make sure "limit framerate" is set to ON and the view distance is no further than "normal".
On my computer (4mb ram, decent gpu & cpu) MC still crashes after a few minutes on Far view distance, but can run smoothly for over an hour on Normal with no sign of crashing. YMMV though, depending on your system specs.[/quote]
My Ram isn't amazing (4gb) but i do have a GTS 450 and a 2.4ghz quadcore and a 680i mobo + 1tb hard drive.. I don't think it's my specs :tongue.gif:
Would you ever consider doing a 64x64 version of Gerudoku for people with rigs that can handle it? I recently tried Albion's Texture pack and while it looked and ran amazing there were some things that I just didn't like at all in comparison to yours (doors in particular), while things like his cobblestone texture looked beautiful.
In the end I "downgraded" my pack from Albion's to Gerudoku despite running the 128 textures without a hitch. But man, thinking about what your textures would look like in 128 almost makes me wanna squeal like a Japanese school girl. Please consider it!

They're not his textures though.

Just checking.
Well, that depends. Do you want the new armors, etc.?
thx
