Hello, I just wanna ask some question.... Can i find Gerudoku texture pack in 16x? If i can't can someone fix it to me? My minecraft gets pretty laggy when i have it in 32x i uses a laptop so maybe thats why, i have the lowest setting in minecraft and even then it lags little with default texture pack so if you have it in 16x or can fix it you can msg me... Maybe will get the other computer later but i don't know have been on repair for a long time now...
I think maybe some month more and then it will be done. But maybe i have to buy a new computer because it's don't work to repair but i would be very happy if you could fix it...
Since you quoted THE ENTIRE FIRST POST for some reason, I suggest reading down to the "customization" section and checking out the 16x doku pack that's linked there. No, I will not fix your computer.
I must say I'm impressed by your works! This is truly outstanding modding :smile.gif:
I got a question for you though. I'm relatively new to server hosting and I was wondering if it's possible to put this mod into the server. A normal mod will be added like a plugin but since this is a texture pack and that it need the HD fix...I'm a little puzzled how to "patch it" so that the server may be Chuck Norris... I mean Gerudoku approved :tongue.gif:.

So yeah... keep out the great work!
I don't believe its possible for you to "patch" a texture pack to force a user to use it while connected to your server.

So then... I just need to have everybody using my server downloading the mod and patching their clients for it to work? I thought I needed to "flag" the mod for the server! Oh well... guess it's even easier than I thought!
I am running this with Xau's HD fix. After a while of playing the game crashes. I would appreciate any help with this issue because I forget to save periodically :/

This is more of a problem with minecraft than with the pack, although the added memory HD textures require probably doesn't help. There seem to be a number of memory leaks in the current version that can cause the game to crash after a few minutes if your video settings are too high. Make sure "limit framerate" is set to ON and the view distance is no further than "normal".
On my computer (4mb ram, decent gpu & cpu) MC still crashes after a few minutes on Far view distance, but can run smoothly for over an hour on Normal with no sign of crashing. YMMV though, depending on your system specs.
The first page - page 1. The first post - by tombones: post # 1. Go to his index and you will see a bunch of links. Scroll down and you'll see a couple of spinning pumpkins and some large text saying "DONT **** THIS UP KID!!!!". Click on the accompanying link. Install the patcher, run it, browse, and select the GERUDOKU zip file. Press patch, quit and run minecraft; Voila?
Also, check bottom of pg. 44 for update to my version of gerudoku... again...

Just to say that 4mb RAM is sure to crash after a few minutes
Go to Tyken's pack. He has alt textures. Watch his video to see how to replace them yourself.
i see, but still tyken's ore blocks are litle bit darker than clearstone used in doku's pack. color replacing is litle beyond my skills.. and i do like doku's pack stone color more, rather than tykens :<
if some1 can, just fit those ore blocks to match a clearstone texture
*edit: sorry, those ones :< -
edit2: omg i just found just ore textures withouth stone under it, so i can do it myself :tongue.gif:
mind sharing with the rest of us? i actually enjoy that same ore texture with the lighter stone. (at 32x32, not the 16x16 terrain you posted)

lol, so that's the problem!!
meant GB, of course. Not sure I'm using all of it, though, since I'm on a 32bit cpu.

You're the ****ing BOSS! I updated it, and it worked, the Bricks, Gold Blocks, and Pumpkins work perfectly! The only thing that's ****ed up is the bed, but the bed was ****ed in general since day 1 of 1.3. THANKS for helping me <3
The bed should work fine too, unless you grabbed an earlier version of the pack for some reason.

Curse PremiumI plan on doing it with items too, with a neat little trick I found to make it really easy.

Fancy! I might just use it too :biggrin.gif:

Also, @ ritzorf: Use the latest version of Xau's HD texture fix - its in the first post.
Version 2.0 of my pack is now running!!
