I just started using visigoth's tools, since they look like they have more weight to them when used in-game.
ill be updating things like the hoes, signs, and maybe armor, since im not sure if richasack is updating his icons soon.
Don't immediatly hate on me, showering me with death threats and mobbing the heck out of a poor newbie, dear, caring and helpful forum folk, but I just would like to ask the question: "What's wrong with those bricks???" I mean, if they weren't on fire and at the same time obnoxiously purple, I would not complain... I looked through the whole thread after this update, from last page to like 35, and downloaded the latest dropbox-link tombones had posted, but the bricks just don't seem to work. And as I cannot use the Patcher any more, either, I wouldn't know what's wrong!
Can anybody help me (in a moderately humane tone, too, please!)?

Also, new items.png: Diamond tools are now where they rightfully belong, and gold tools are an awesome mix between iron and diamond hilts and ends.

It would look very nice as lamp, but you run into the same problem- it just looks out of place for something so obviously constructed to be growing like a stalactite in the nether :\

Honestly it would be pretty hard to make the lightstone look good for both the nether and building. so I chose the one that took priority. I'm glad you like it though.

Honestly, I love most everything in this texture pack, and only 2 things I dislike.
1. The fact that the gold items are all decorated and the Diamond ones look a little plain, I understand gold is more for vanity, but why can't they both be pretty?
2. The tnt texture, I preferred the Box o' Bombs.
I know I probably shouldn't bug anyone with this request, but could someone fix me a texture pack with these slight changes made? I'd greatly appreciate it!
For the tools part, i have it o my gold tools are plain and my diamond decorated, do you want me to send you my items.png? and in the alternate texture pack there are a few alternatives to the TNT. ones with bombs. so you can edit that in your self with: Gimp for a mac or paint.net for windows. they are simple to use just google them

It's like they don't even realize that there are alternate texture packs... Tyken's, mine...
I think he's just asking for an alternate with the original TNT.
Speaking of which, here's my updated edits of Doku's pack. It keeps closer to the original colors Doku used and has none of Dusty's texture, which I don't think fit at all with this pack. I haven't had much time to work on it, so Glimmar's glowstone is a placeholder until I get around to edit that as well. I'm not sure how everything looks on other people's computers as my brightness and **** is a bit messed.
It's nice to see people like my 2 bookcases and lilypads haha. I'm gonna finish my paintings soon which will have other decorative bookcases and stuff like that.
Hello guys, I'm having a problem and I really don't know how to solve it. I've been experimenting with the texture packs and swapping a few things here and there but when I tried it in-game the brick and netherrack texture is all messed up even though it's perfectly been placed into the terrain picture, I tried changing the texture to some new ones but to no avail.
Here are some picture for you to understand better:
On the left side is the Brick Texture and on the right side is the Nethertack Texture.
I would be glad if you would help me out.
Have you used the HD texture patcher ? And remember to use the default textures in the select texture screen, inside minecraft.
Looking good tom bones, those armour skins look great. Its nice to see a doku pack that isn't just cut paste for colour and style. I like the variations in this pack. Well done.
