there are maybe 2 or 3 forums on SA where people value actual originality and humor and those are the only ones worth reading anywhere

yep, those are glimmar's. the lantern-style torches were an edit I saw in a modded doku pack I found months ago. this is what the credits say but I can't guarantee they're accurate-

The latest version (not the one on the first page, that's outdated) absolutely does work with mo'creatures, I'm using both right now. If you install both the mod and the texture pack correctly, you shouldn't have any trouble.
I downloaded your new version but Mo' Creatures Mod still doesn't work, does it matter if I'm using the mod manager version of Mo' Creatures Mod?

Love the pack! Just a couple of issues:
A few textures appear missing, maybe? Or I may have a bug. For instance: the tops of the ovens appear with an odd purple color. The same color for black wool. Also some of the trees have this same smooth purple color. What's up with this?

Small request: Would anyone mind switching out the water texture in this pack with the one from glimmar's steampunk texture pack? I'm unsure on how to do it myself.
Its all the alternate textures I could find that looked remotely nice. if you or anyone else here finds anymore lemme know and i'll add um

yea ill see, and i have a question, how did you put the textures on here as a picture? because i want to show tombones what i think is wrong with the top texture for furnaces and i cant figure it out, i feel really stupid but i am not used to this forum format stuff

Is there a recently updated version of this pack? Currently, sandstone appears as an invisible block surrounded by 2d weird-looking torches.
It probably because you're not using the latest version of the texture pack, like you said. Go a few pages down and you'll see tombones' test pack, or mixes of the texture pack that are compatable with 1.2_02.
i know this isnt a screenshot of the sides, but wouldnt it make more sense to make the top be 4 square clocks instead of how it is not, because if you look at the sides of the furnace it has a groove in the middle but not one on the top

Is it possible to change the in-game cursor to a cross or something? I tried to change it myself but I don't know how to do it. I looked in the gui folder and it seems that the cursor actually IS a cross already; it is just too small in the game. Does anyone here know how I could make it bigger?

The crosshair used ingame is actually the little dot in the upper-left corner of icons.png. Here's what it looks like in johnsmith's pack, for reference. I like the single-pixel crosshair, but you're welcome to change it for yourself :smile.gif:
