I figure what I'm suggesting is hard, but I was wondering if it would be possible for you to do something like Painterly has, where you can customize your pack before download. I think it's a WONDERFUL idea, and it would help the people who are technologically challenged/lazy like me and don't want to go digging through files to find the exact item we want. You would be even more godly if you did that Tombones.
Other than that, (and thats not even a complaint. lol) I absolutely LOVE the pack! Keep up the good work!!
I'd love to make that happen, but I don't have anywhere near the time, patience, or technical expertise it would require. It's taken me almost a month just to update this pack using the regular compilation method
Lol other time update the front page too xD but the metroid pumkin helmet isnt nice.
Other time improve your grammar too you mean.
seriously though, he's spent a lot of time on this, and it is still in TESTING phase, which means it is not yet released, so not done for the front page!
I tried unzipping the "alt reset defaults". Did it, copied the terrain png from that into the normal folder, and then zipped it back up and patched it in...

...Same problem. :sad.gif:
Looking at the screenshot again, it actually looks like you're using an OLD (pre1.2) version of the biome sidegrass terrain file, which is just bizarre. Whatever you have installed, it isn't the updated gerudoku test build. Have you tried wiping your minecraft bin folder and getting the client to download a fresh install yet?
*sigh* I understand... QUICK!! Someone volunteer to do this for him!! :wink.gif:
That actually sounds pretty simple do with some basic programming skills...Sadly I have none.
ask rhodox for help?
I've talked with kas/rhodox a few times on SA, and I get the impression he is busy enough just keeping painterly updated to worry about building a whole new compiler for 32x textures. He might be willing to share some of his code or methodology, though, maybe

it would be easy, 32x32 = 2 times 16x16, so just type everything 2 times.
on a more serious note, I guess he could do that, if he wants to.
maybe an idea for some nice programmer?
i know this isnt a screenshot of the sides, but wouldnt it make more sense to make the top be 4 square clocks instead of how it is not, because if you look at the sides of the furnace it has a groove in the middle but not one on the top
I tried reading this three times and only got more confused, so no, I don't think whatever the hell you're suggesting would make more (any) sense!![/quote]
just look at all 4 sides of the furnace and tell me if you think that match the top. i dont care how you fix it... since you dont understand what i am saying which i understand why you dont
You're using the version on the first page, which is out of date. This is the current test build, posted a few pages ago: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12883402/GERUDOKU%20TEST.zip

(also, I sure hope SA isn't something awful)
both SA and 4chan are terrible, mostly because of pictures like this one
glad you got it working :smile.gif:
