To level with you, it's taken so long to update this time partly because of my busy schedule and even more partly because of procrastination. Catching up with mods and textures and stuff after a patch as big as 1.2 is not exactly a party!!
With all the dull groundwork finally out of the way, though, I was able to actually compile everything and try it out ingame, which is cool & fun to do. It would have been finished last night if I hadn't started falling asleep on my keyboard.
On the upside, waiting this long has provided a wealth of different textures to choose from, so I don't have to settle for a bunch of so-so placeholders (like after the halloween patch). Also, the wildgrass mod only just updated to use external textures this afternoon, so I'll be able to ensure compatibility with the newest version right out of the gate :biggrin.gif:

In where it shows all the items their is like a different bow, fishing rod and other things.. How do u get those?

You open it up in an image editor and replace the graphic with the alternate version.

Hey, I love this pack and it looks awesome but I loaded one of my worlds in which I have a large brick house and the brick skin is divided into 4s with 2 small fires 1 brick and 1 nether
kinda like that except a nether instead of a water. nether being the purple portal
any ideas whats wrong? im not very good with this stuff and i just copied the pack into my .jar so idk what would be wrong.

Just a quick question; can you use this on any SMP server? I tried using it but I keep getting a bad login. My friend said the server host doesn't need the texture pack installed, but I disagree. If it's not the textire pack, I'll keep troubleshooting.

texture packs aren't of any inpact, they're like sunglasses, they make things look different, but if you take them off nothing changes

Same as last night. I work full time, so I can't really make any progress on weekdays until the evening. All that's left to do is mostly organizational stuff, but you'd be surprised how time consuming that can be!
I want to make this version count, because it's unlikely I will release another one for quite a while (since it sounds like notch is taking another vacation). So if I have to delay things a day or two longer to make sure absolutely all the pieces are in place, so be it :>
