I've been wondering and can't be bothered to scroll through responses, but will you ever modify the armor? I'd love to see what you could do with them
Yes, I plan on re-texturing everything.
Mobs will be finished next, then armor, then back to water and lava for improvements. That's my plan. Assuming no major updates that add dozens of tiles and that I don't get swamped with real work I should have everything complete in 2-3 weeks.

Loving this texture pack.
Only one thing needs a change in my opinion and thats the flowers but i think i read somewhere you were on it.
Keep it up :smile.gif:
I'm working on a way to keep my ferns in the game and still have them make sense in the whole color / dying cloth process. I'll either have redferns and yellow-tipped ferns or punt back to flowers.
I would love to use your texture pack, but for some reason your pack is the only one that makes my game return the "has stopped responding" error as soon as it goes past the Mojang intro with "Sanguine" text at the bottom. I made sure Java was updated, and I even tried putting the Sanguine 3.3 zip file inside the texture pack folder (that's when I cleared the /bin folder to download new files) and I go in the Mods & Texture Pack at the main menu and select your pack, it starts to give me the "has stopped responding" error and finally the "Minecraft has crashed!" error log report. :sad.gif:

I'd be glad to try to figure out what problem you're having. Have you followed the Installation instructions on the OP just below the download link? Ifr so, which method did you use?
Your system specs may be helpful if you can post those.
Changes in v.3.4 - a.k.a. Quick, Good, Cheep; Pick two.
v 3.4 Returns Sanguine to it's pre-subsumption release style and include many small tweaks.
Preview images and screenshots will be updated soon and add I'll add TheArcher's very nice screenshots.
EDIT: Damn, I forgot to come back and add your screenies TheArcher. I'll get them today.
Wild growing grass returns in v 3.4. it''s subdued compared to the original Wild grass textures. I felt 1.6 meters was too much. I may increase the height from the current levels. Plain wool has again transmogrified into slate flagstone flooring. I wish that there was a more appropriate block for this though, and may move state to one of the darker dyed wool textures. The half-step is currently a half-step. I'm pondering returning it to a fluted column. Opinions would be appreciated.
The poll indicated an overwhelming interest in incan carvings on the lapis lazuli block. I've done this and would like feedback on it!
Making the slated wool one of the dark dyed textures actualy seems like the best idea to me. allows use of the other colors of wool without removing this one. I personally am very much in favor of the fluted column half step personally.
Thanks for mentioning me in your thread and updating the texture pack. As a reward, here's a little something I hope you find useful:
Wow that is lovely! It'll get added too! By thg way, v3.4 should get rid of those vertical lines on your lampposts! I think Sanguine is the only pack to have proper looking posts now. I need to re-do the texture for planks from source material to correct some softness, but I have the plank widths and placement figured out now.
Any chance you could re shoot thins beautiful shot running 3.4?
If you want, I could do a video walk-through of the castle with your texture pack. But you said you had some changes you wanted to make to the texture pack, so I think I should wait for those to come out first. Plus the reed is apparently broken?
ah, by pressing f3, my lag goes away so i could use this texture, but it puts this red graph in my view
and this sandstone is invisible on the top

i just had that, you have to use the texture patcher for 128x128 textures
So people that rip "realistic" textures off of google don't get flamed?
The people who at least take a little bit of time to simplify the pack.
But you guys rip your textures off google and get claps and giggles?
If you know of any images that I used as elements of my textures that are used in violation of copyright please let me know.
I used only images that were legally available for this usage and commercially licensed imagery for Sanguine.
By the way, your avatar is an illegal usage of Natalie Dee's copyrighted art.
Owned!
BTW I like your new changes. Does the package still include the leather stitching GUIs? (I was never a fan of those hehe)

I stand up for Natalie Dee! If you've never seen her stuff go there now!
Yes, it still has a stitched leather gui. It has been refined and subdued though. Less harsh coloration. I suppose I'll look at options for re-doing it someday in the far future, but I have too much other stuff to finish first. Feel free to leave ideas or suggestions.
Yikes, new versions released AND my pics in the OP! Can't wait till I get back home to install the new pack. From the change log, sounds like I'm gonna love it :smile.gif:
New textures in this release:
Cracking progress meter
Red wallpaper
Significantly changed textures:
Dispenser
Wild growing grass textures removed to their own custom file.
Chinese lantern ( pumpkin )
Cake - Cut side
pink wool
light blue wool
light purple wool
Slate flagstone flooring ( light gray wool )
Another great update. I can certainly live w the new progress meter, and understand the change in logic behind it. New one looks fine. Maybe a little too busy towards the end of the action?
Wools - I'm more of a fan of the pastel, 'even' styles (eg arid, bumpmaft, Misa) so I'm not LOVING your style, but the newer ones are certainly better than your original coloured wools imo. I'd love to see where you go with these. This is the most interesting area of change for me - a different mentality on my part on how to use them rather than my usual usage of the pastel versions.
Chinese lantern - very nice. Seems like you've moved its style and colour towards the sandstone and away from the gold blocks. Either way, I like them.

Thank you so much Mriia! I don't get a lot of feedback on this board for this TP. I'm always pleased to hear that someone likes it!
