Using the 1.90 version of the texture pack (HD font removed to avoid stretching), 1.4_01 and a smattering of mods.
One thing I haven't seen, is the sides of grass blocks turning green like displayed in the original post screens. I do have the WildGrass mod installed and it appears to be working, I'm just missing the complete green on the sides. Would be nice to know if it is possible to enable that in my game.
You'd need to ask in the topic for Wildgrass, because that's a mod issue not pertaining to this texture pack.

I followed the instructions and got minecraft running with the texture pack, but when I try and place a block minecraft crashes. What am I doing wrong?

This problem has usually been reported by those using the old MCPatcher, which doesn't work with 1.5+. Have you tried the updated version?
This is the best 64x64 pack out there in my opinion! Looks gorgeous, runs smooth, has everything completed, and still keeps the original Minecraft feel! Thank you very much for all of your hard work and putting up with troublesome people. :biggrin.gif:
Do people realize that every time they ask a question that's already been answered here, that's exactly what they're doing to us?
I think people don't bother trying to answer yet again, because the likelihood that it'll be read is about the same as the chances of them noticing the 64x skin included in the pack, or the ones in the link in the original post.
In short, if one doesn't bother to read what's already there, nothing we can do will help them further. Look at all the stuff clogging up this thread when Misa specifically said she's not going to provide tech support in this thread - yet it's full of people who can't follow instructions, blaming her for ruining their computers when the real culprit is user error.
It's a wonder anyone bothers continuing their work in light of all this.

After using this pack for awhile, I think the diamond sword has been my only dislike this whole time. Reason being to me at least is that it doesn't look sharp enough or maybe I just don't like the shape of it. It looks a little awkward to me. I like the hollowed blade style but it has too much shape to make it work. Besides that, the rest is awesome!
Alright Misa, I've been using your texture pack for a very long time, and now, after the 1.5_01 update, I have the absolutely craziest lag I've ever seen. I'm positive it's not my computer, I have an i7 processor and 4 gigs of RAM. The game starts running at like 5-6 fps ONLY when it's raining. I'm also sure it's a problem with the texture pack, I don't get it with the default pack. Does anyone know what's up? Also, the lag is not affecting my computer, my clock actually says that when Minecraft is lagging like that, only like 17% of my processor and 52% of RAM is being used.
Err...mmm...there's a problem, mate...err...I've already seen http://i.imgur.com/Ith6Q.png ...but I don't like any of those (I know the armors are not part of the skins, so I downloaded the pack in order to see their real clothes).
Sooooo....yeah, ASK BEFORE SERMONIZING!!
"ASK" what?
Perhaps I should "ask" if you are aware that this is the Texture Pack forum, not the Skins forum?
I'll "ask" you to look there for custom skins.
You really shouldn't criticize other people for "wasting your time" when you're wasting theirs. If everyone made a little effort to find their own answers before asking others to do it for them, this forum would be a better place.

Misa! Your texture-pack don't go on Windows 7. I think it isn't compatibly. Can you help me?
It works just FINE with Windows 7. I've been using it without issues.
What you are experiencing is what we call "user error" and it's a result of improperly installing the files or failure to follow the instructions. Go back and re-read the install instructions and for good measure, check the stickies at the top of this forum.

Thank you to those that answered my question about side-grass, both in the thread and in PMs. I can see there is some work involved in getting that running, and will probably take a stab at it.
I would recommend putting up different screenshots that don't use side-grass, as it is somewhat misleading and only serves to have more questions posted, just like mine. That, or post the answer to the question right in the OP, saving time and effort later.
Sadly, so very few actually read the OP. They just click on the download link and would rather spend their time complaining that it doesn't work, rather than reading what they need to do.
For those who are rational about it, like you, help is always available.

I have a problem not just with this texture packs but all of them, I try to move the zip file into the texture pack folder and it just opens up the zip file I was just trying to put into there. Help?

thanks for the reply but as I said i have read the instructions to the letter, even my mate who has it installed cant seem to help me getit to work & i used someone elses textures & that didnt work, im just asking incase someone else has had this issue & may have solved it, it could be anything.
Without more information, it could be anything...
But I'm noticing you don't mention the HD texture patcher anywhere in your previous post. What version of it are you using?
Here's what I recommend:
1) Make a copy of your saves folder. Put that somewhere safe.
2) Delete the /bin folder and the /texturepacks folder.
3) Launch Minecraft. In the launcher, click on "Options" and select "Force Update". Then login and let it load the updated version of the game.
4) Download and run MCPatcher HD Fix 2.0 Beta 4. (Most of the issues come from people using an older version of this app) Click "Patch".
5) Click "Test Minecraft". At the main menu, select "Open Texture Pack Folder". (You can close the patcher app at any time now).
6) Copy and paste the Misa201.zip (and/or whatever other packs you wish to use) into that folder and close it.
7) Select your chosen texture pack on the liust and click "Done".
8) You are now able to play Minecraft with your new HD textures.
If anything goes wrong anywhere along the way, if any part of this process does not go exactly as I described, we need to know what and where and how. But it's 99.9% likely that following those steps properly will solve the issue.

Thanks a lot man, working fine now.
