Wow! Nice trolling here now i see. This pack works perfect. Misa even set up a tinychat that she and a few others are on all damn day to answer questions and help people get the textures to work. The error reports on this post are invalid. They have nothing to do with the textue pack and those people should look into the
OS they are running and JAVA!! they have installed. Try getting the latest java for your OS.
I had time to write a review of sorts on your texture pack, so here it is: Creativity & Originality
This texture pack certainly stands out from most of the others. The 64x64 resolution is used well, unlike most of the other “HD” texture packs. While sand will always be sand, I think there are a few things that make a texture pack unique.
I’ll start with the ore types. These ore textures look seamless when close up, but tile heavily when looked at afar. I don’t think they need to be reworked at all, however - I mean, who’s gonna admire that juicy diamond vein from 20 blocks? Anyone in their right mind would snatch that as soon as they saw it.
The ore blocks can either be done very badly, or very well. This pack fits in the “very well” category. Other texture packs seem to have colorized versions of the same texture for the different ore blocks, this one does a good job of making them look very different from each other.
Another thing I simply love is the creeper vent in the furnace. The portal block is absolutely stunning. Continuity & Theme
The textures all have a similar darkish tone. The thing that bothers me is the pumpkin texture. The pumpkin is far too smooth, imho, when compared with the other blocks.
Another thing I don’t like is the netherrack and the glowstone textures. It looks like you just wanted to stock-produce textures right after the halloween update (I know a colorize when I see it =P). I would love it if you could put a bit more creativity into those two textures, like you did with the rest of the pack.
The last thing that bugs me is the “speed” at which moving water “flows” when using this pack. No offense meant, but it looks like moving blue fibers, straight from Ps’s renderer. I still love you :3 Lifetime
I alternate this pack with Johnsmith’s and a customized Painterly when I’m using my xray mod hax. Of all three, I find this one the most visually appealing. Compatibility
The fact that it’s compatible with the epic wildgrass mod makes me happy. You did a very nice job of making “wild” grass.
Although I haven’t seen a single lily pad, I’m sure you did a nice job with them. Conclusion
Sexy texture pack dude... uh... girl? My sexist self is confused that a chick would enjoy having anything to do with minecraft.
Lol, I went to Minecraft Enhanced thread and saw what you posted. Then I came here and see this!
I think the maker of Minecraft Enhanced took some serious inspiration from this pack. The cobblestone for instance. Also, he uses the mobs from this pack in his. Sooo...yeah, I guess you could say that.

Actually My set was around before misa's as was the cobblestone. But without a doubt this amazing set has influenced my set. That is why I use her mobs, the second I saw the mobs I was like wow, that is exactly how I would do them.
That is a big reason I haven't done them I just don't feel I can top them.
There are so many things that make a great set and this set imo is still the best set overall, when it comes to texture sets resolution really doesn't mean much, it's how you utilize it. Tiling, color balance, feel. All these things come into play, and are far more important. Misa must be a fellow OCD sufferer as I am. :smile.gif:
This set is extremely well done and there is no doubt about that. I think my next closest favorite is Albion, and sanguine those sets are pretty amazing as well. I'm just glad people have options, that is what makes the game what it is.
I just want to say: Great Work!!! Keep it up! I really really like this pack.
On this note, has anyone got this working? Is this available?
not yet, bro. Misa's hard at work working out the kinks on this, i am so excited for this though!
Although, i bet my bottom dollar that i will have lag out the wazoo...
(i think that's how it's spelled :Pig:)

I'm placing this here because I don't understand a word of it. Can anyone read this and tell me what my problem is? I installed Misa's 64x64 texture pack, and the game ran fine, then I used Minecraft Mod Manager to install Mo' Creatures, and I keep getting this. Meta-inf folder was deleted.
Why hasn't (Notch) Hired you allready ? I mean .. your Work is simply so amazing that people are mind blown by your artistic creativity (think that i spelled that correctly).
and a little side note (might not be the right place to post, but here goes)
Wouldn't it be nice if Notch would make an option in-game (or in the coding) that allows the change/support between the Vanilla Resolution and the HD packs that are out there ? to simplify the installation process ? (No that i want to offend Xau's Work, Notch should Hire him as well, for his work to make the use of HD packs possible :wink.gif: )
PS.
Really love your Texture Pack, though i might dislike to stumble upon a Zombie or a Spider at night :wink.gif:
Keep up the Good work
misa! your a texture pack is simpley wonderful! i read you thread and i would like to know where i could download the 32x32 texture pack... the 64x64 only works when i hold F3 and when i let go the fps drop to arround 6 where as when hold f3 it can be in the 50's on tiny render distance and fast graphics. the bottem line can you please tell me where to find (or just link) where i can download you 32x32 texture pack :smile.gif: i have downloaded the 64x64 texture pack and set it to 32x32 and minecraft crashes, i don't know if that is what your ment to do, but could you please explain it to me =) please reply to this a quick a possible =)! thank you so much and keep up the great work [Trickool]
Trickool, I think the only 32x32 version of her textures that Misa has released is the 32x32 version of her popular mob textures (textures for the animals and monsters). Which is kinda silly, since you can mix 64x64 mob textures in with any other size texture pack, even a 16x16 pack without patching the game at all.
Hey i have recently started playing MC and i had got this texture pack soon after i bought the game and after playing for a while when i entered into a menu such as the chest menu one of those pictures that you posted show up and flash continuously. what can i do to fix it?

Working on an update now. Gonna be hard to release anything though until xau updates MCPatcher. Currently there's no way to test or use HD texture packs. So everyone's just gonna need to be patient. With the forum servers being shakey at the moment I likely won't be able to get the most up to date info on the status of MCPatcher, so if you find out about MCPatcher being updated, please let me know on my chat room: http://tinychat.com/misas64x64
I will need this to complete parts of the pack.
Edit: The chat room will also be the best place to go to find out my status on the work as I won't be updating the forums likely with status notes and sneak peeks. So yeah, as a note in advance, you don't need to spam the forum here with, "WHEN IS THE UPDATE COMING?!?!1/1/" or "ARE YOU GOING TO UPDATE?!?!?//"
It's coming as soon as I finish it and as soon as MCPatcher is updated, and I'm already doing what I can right now on it.

Don't see a reason to lie about that sort of thing.
