May i ask if your mod is compatible with Mo's Creatures ? I mean if i install your textures and his creature mod afterwards, i lose the textures for his creatures. I cannot get them both to work together. Any suggestions please ?
I can't seem to get the glsl mod to work while your texture pack is installed. The game either crashes upon loading a world or it just loads the world but without any shaders running, yet the glsl mod works fine on regular minecraft.
I don't have any other mods installed. Just your texture pack and the shader mod.
Man this is the only texture pack you need for minecraft its great and makes the game look so nice thanks for it misa and hope you keep updating this ^___^

Any idea why?
According to reddit
NOTE = This has NOT been released. If you use the current Misa's texture pack with the shader mod you will not see this effect as Misa's texture pack hasn't been publicly updated with these features. An updated version should be out in a few days or so from what I've read on the forums.

Want to try something different? Try out these awesome textures with Kas's Painterly Pack.
I don't know why, but my cursor looks like a crooked cross. Is that intended? On the previews it's straight, like the original minecraft cursor.
Is your screen perpendicular in relation to the direction your viewing plane is? If not, you could be getting a distortion not only on the cross-hairs but also on everything else. However, the cross-hairs would stand out simply because that is one of 2 static images on the screen while engaging in the Minecraft entertainment system. :-P (Sarcasm intended)
I was just going to post and see how the progress was coming on the 'specular mapping' or whatever. It looks absolutely stunning and Misa is a graphic artist in every meaning of the word. Great job.
Hey I'd just like to say that this texture pack is awesomely amazing. And for anybody who is wondering if other mods are conflicting with the texture pack I can tell you that I have:

Try maybe installing mo' creatures first? lol
Strange, I Did Misa's first, then Mo' Creatures and it works perfectly.
Excuse my "noobness", but I seem to be experiencing some strange shading issues. I've noticed a lot of blocks indoors/outdoors that are darker than the ones next to them. This is especially prevalent outside on hills with Better Grass. I've followed the instructions and have done a few "clean" installs, but it wont go away. Any suggestions? I did my best to search this thread, but didn't see this mentioned.
I'm also getting the "gray" sides with better grass. I saw this mentioned earlier, but it looks as though the poster figured it out.
When installing other mods besides the ones listed in the first thread, is it better to install those after the texture pack or before? I think before was giving me the dark shading problems.
So I did the clean insteal and followed the installation as posted, but when I try to load the pack in the patcher I get this:

P.S. Best texture pack....ever!
Looks like Choc. Syrup's "Fancy Pack" is causing the weird shading stuff. Any one know a way to get it to work?
I am by no means expecting it to be compatible. I would love to get the fancy pack to world only for the simple reason of seeing Misa's textures on chairs, tables etc! It's amazing!
Guys, this is a texture pack. It is near impossible to have a mod that is incompatible, and if they are, it wouldnt crash the game. Any incompatibilities should be posted on Xau's thread.

I'm a decent Java programmer learning Python, and I'm skilled with server administration, WorldEdit, redstone circuitry, etc. Feel free to show me mod ideas, I'm thinking about starting to make mods, and I'd be happy to give insight as to how a mod could be implemented in Minecraft.
Quick update: It looks as though it's a minor conflict between Better Light/Better Grass and Fancy Pack, so not an issue with Misa's texture pack at all. I'm new to this stuff, so still trying to figure it all out hehe. I simply left BL/BG out and everything looks great!
Just wanted to let you know I'm still crashing... -_-' lol Took quite a bit longer comparatively after we sorted out my install however after about an hour or so it all kaspoded. So still not sure what's going on, it did kick out another Java report if I see your friend around again I'll shoot it to him.
Last idea I want to try is converting the textures from 64 down to 32. I far exceed the required specs but maybe my system isn't fond of 64x textures in Java aps? Perhaps there's some sort of incompatibility in my system somewhere that gets pissed when Java demands a bit more. I'm hoping that downgrading the textures to 32x will solve it.
Either way Imma give it a shot tonight when I get off work. Your textures are by far my favorite so hopefully I can get it to work in 32x mode.
Minecraft crashes when I install this texture pack, anyone know why? I've used plenty of other texture packs before, and I really want to use this when... help? :sad.gif:
I do so love the level of detail and dedication you put into your work, good show.

Mo' Creatures
2X2 Extended Crafting
Farmcraft
Better Light and grass
Quintessential creature's Troll
Zan's Minimap
Optimine
McRegion
Light Sensor
Spawner GUI
all on at the same time and it's working great. Keep up the great work Misa. :smile.gif:
