It's perfectly done!
I love this texture mode!
Take this as payment :wink.gif:
And to some strange people:
If you don't like the texture of single items, why aren't you changing them by yourself?
because maybe we're not good at this kind of thing, which is why we don't make our own?

Lucky! I wish I made enough money to buy some of his drawings.
Hey guys, You all seem to have been able to get it working easily. But I get an error, I went looking on the MC patcher forum post, but no one is really responding so I figured I'd post here.
Anyways, when I browse for the file on the MC patcher, it come up saying that there was an error opening minecraft.jar .... Any help appreciated.

Go into your minecraft folder. Pull out your save file. Then delete everything in it.
Start minecraft and download all the updates. Then re install the pack as described.
Happy fun colored cloth blocks!
Just messing around. Dropping it here in case anyone else wanted to mess with it.

You live in Chicago too?
No. It's a Wesley Willis thing. It was just a visual pun exchange of, "Rock over London, Rock on Chicago." I live in SoCal.

Make sure you leave the first two browse boxes alone. Check the Texture Pack box, and then browse to the zip of my texture pack on the third filepath box. If you're already keen on that and still have problems, go into the bin folder, delete version and any .jar files that have minecraft or backup in the title. Run the game to regain a clean minecraft.jar, then try running the MCPatcher again.
Just a heads up
I have Windows 7 and with this texture pack in my folder the game crashes constantly every time I try to open it. Not sure if it is just me. The game just crashes every time I try to run the game. Hopefully this helps :tongue.gif:

I would sign my name hence this being a signature, but the keyboard prevents me. So I will just say hello. Why not check out the great gaming website I currently write for Here.

Hey, Misa. Not really sure if this is your issue, my issue or MCPatcher, but the sandstone texture provides an interesting phenomenon on my install...
A window to HELL...
You can actually see all of the caves and lava under the main map. It's like X-Ray vision. It looks like the top side of the texture is missing. IDK, I probably wont use sandstone much anyway... though I wonder what a whole room of this would look like? Hmmm...

It's not my issue. The texture for the top of sandstone is there, and it works for me. My guess would be an older version of MCPatcher, or a less than clean install.
I really love this pack :')
There's only one thing i kinda miss from another pack (i think it was either Mixcraft, John Smith or Painterly), where cooked fish turned into sushi XD

Odd that, I had sushi for dinner this evening and it contained absolutely no fish at all.
Notch needs to add rice to the game or something and have craftable sushi or something. We've already got fish, egg, and squid. More than enough to make a few simple nigirizushi recipes.
I think you should improve Glowstone. It looks... Uhmm... I don't know. It doesn't really click with me at all.
Lemme go back a single page and copy and paste for you.

I also plan on doing a second release of the main pack with some additions to the old textures that didn't make it in last night (Yeah, I got tired of lightstone looking like oatmeal and popcorn kernals lodged into a burgundy sponge) I'll probably wait for Notch to re-release the new painting he forgot before I release any of that.
Also on that page I posted a bunch of alt textures, including a bunch for lightstone you can replace the current one with.
Every time there is an update I look at all the different texture packs because I have to reinstall the texture anyway. But I always end up back with Misa's texture pack. It's just the best. This truly should be the default minecraft texture pack.
I absolutely love how it looks to cut down a tree with this mod. It's perfect. I've directed 5 of my friends to your pack and we all love it.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the lava looks too pink. I think it should look more traditional, in a gaming sense. Lava should be a contrast between dark red and yellow/orange, with black areas of cooled stone within it. The best example I could provide would be: http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/9508/33181726.jpg
PS: Doesn't sushi made with fish use raw fish? I don't think the cooked fish icon should be sushi. But I agree the cooked fish icon could use some work. Perhaps a fish fillet? http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/7827/grillsalmon.jpg
PPS: The cow's look very... happy. I suppose that makes sense now that we can make cake. Since we have a better use for milk than for leather now. But every time one looks at me it just feels weird.
Anyway, I hope none of this sounds negative. It's meant to be constructive. You do amazing work. Also, the links to the 3rd party mods are great. Thanks for keeping those there. Not everyone sits on these forums and reads every post to know about them.
I just wanted to say thank you for all the great work you've done making this pack, as well as making it so that it works with other mods and installers and what not. Please ignore any haters!!!!! This takes a great game and makes it even better :happy.gif: Can't wait to see where you go with this, I just wish I had skills I could donate but my art skills are really rusty, and i'm broke so I can't donate any money :/ all I can do is offer my sincere thank you.
Read the thread! Misa already explained it 3 or so posts before yours.
sorry i should have read
thx though for pointing it out.

Little sushi icons would be fun to make anyway.
