@Giammodified Do I need MC patcher for your version of the texture pack or do I just drop it in and go?
You just drop it in and go. You need optifine to use all of the features of the pack. To the best of my knowledge MC Patcher is no longer updated as a stand-alone feature, optifine handles that stuff now.
This isn't much of an update to the pack itself[Though, I did fully fix biome textures in this version as well as the cats' eyes animations]. This is just a rebooting of how the pack works. There have been numerous additions to the pack across the versions of minecraft. Most of which(since 1.6) were not by Misa. But, the name lives on through fans in Misa's absence and It's hard to know what is Misa's and what is not. Did you know Misa used to have stealth updates? I didn't, but it explains where some of the textures came from. Yet not all of her textures from stealth updates are in the pack. So, I rebuilt Misa's pack updated to 1.13.1 from the ground up in its purist form. The pack contains all Misa's textures, including those from stealth updates. In addition textures not made by Misa from the community over the years are used to fill in the gaps. Unfortunately who made these textures was not well documented over time. So, included is a text file which lists all texture additions from 1.6 on and who made them(It's largely filled with "unknown").
On the plus side doing this allowed me to clean garbage out of the pack, for example model files that were no different than default, thus not needing to be there, and floating textures that had an old name but were still in the pack and thus went unused. Additionally the mcpatcher folder was cleaned out and replaced fully with Misa features(not including the mcpatcher features I already integrated into the vanilla pack).
This version of the pack is intended to be the definitive as-Misa-intended version of the pack until/unless she returns to release her own version.
Additionally I won't be releasing any more content in this version of the pack, and probably wont until the pack format changes again, otherwise future versions of minecraft can be handled through patches.
I'll only update this version of the pack to fix bugs. Having said that I'd appreciate being informed of any bugs you come across except the following,
fish mobs and sea turtles still don't have textures, neither does the turtle helmet, and enchantment animations still aren't working, but his seems to be an issue with the current version of optifine(pre4)
Since this pack was rebuilt using only Misa's content, It will look very different from previously posted versions.
Fortunately, doing this will allow me to make patches to add features and textures of my own designs without infringing on Misa's name. I'm still working on my patch which will largely contain non-Misa features from the previous release and removed from the purer Misa release.
Thank you, the llama textures need to be updated, somehow they've gone unnoticed since the first release of a Misa 1.13 pack. I guess nobody's a big enough fan of them to notice.
I meant nobody's a big enough fan of llamas. I've played using this pack , of course and I've seen llamas in my games, but only from a distance, I don't generally bother with them to get close enough to notice they're using the wrong texture. they're like a background accent to me, like bats.
Thanks. I just want to mention what AnrDaemon said:
The one you uploaded is half the size of the previous one. It did extract without any errors, though. So that's good.

For some reason the Misa font doesn´t work anymore. Tried it with today´s release but only see the default font. I´m using OptiFine 1.13.1 pre4. Am I the only one having that problem?
No its broken, but I followed a reddit post and was able to select a custom font, just scroll down to the tutorial section and follow the instructions, he also provides a download if you want to try that instead.
Fonts are different now, after looking into it, I don't know what I can do about it as I don't have access to Misa's original font sprite sheets, this is something she may have to address herself.
Yes, I removed the beacon anim properties and textures as they as they are no longer needed, The files were left in there but with a critical line of code removed so that the files would be ignored, so i just removed them to lighten the load.Speaking of:
I reuploaded the pack yet again, this time to fix snow golems. and remove unnecessary textures related to them.
I should have been more specific, the way fonts are handled now is completely different than before, fonts have been reworked and expanded and Misa once indicated she was working on more font sprite sheets which may fill in the gaps of how fonts work now. additionally, Optifine doesn't seem to affect fonts anymore. It may not need to, now, I'm not sure.

You forgot to mention that the pack size dropped in half as a result.
84MB vs. 168MB.
Speaking of which,
ERROR: Data Error : assets\minecraft\textures\entity\llama\decor\decor_brown.png

I --test each downloaded archive, so, I would notice.
(As I did before.)

Reuploaded above link. Fixed llama textures.

@Giammodified: Is the removal of misabeacon[plasma].* intended?
@ka1n0bi: Let me introduce you to

There were never been "sheets".
The font you have in your pack is the original font sprite.
