Try to reset all settings, by deleting options.txt and optionsof.txt in the game folder. This may also be due to a lack of memory allocated for the game. But at first it's better to check for simpler options, such as reinstalling the game and OptiFine.
Sorry for my english, if I'm not writing correctly.
If I can make a suggestion found a couple of things that might need some attention.
The red_sandstone and smooth_red_sandstone textures are swapped in-game. Then the concrete powder texture directions are all randomized. With the wave pattern I didn't think they were meant to be.
Thanks for your information. Indeed it works fine without the two files Les Misa+ patch and UQ_Les_Misa+_1.11_patch !
But I think, I need still the Misa+ file (as Uniquitous said), because something seems strange: When I put your Misa+ complex_patch_by_Guks_v1.2 on position 1, fences look not as nice as if I put that file on position 2.

Ah yeah the powders are just recoloured sand textures, was not really done with random directions in mind.
I have a fix for the powders, just drag the contents into Bidjiguks patch. I checked the sandstone and it works, it must be an optifine issue. PATCH

Is this normal???
Could be that Bidjiguks has done something, or maybe optifine, as I have my own custom fence models I've not seen this.

Thank you sir, that fixes the rotation of the texture. I was looking at the sandstone texture with and without Optifine and its with Optifine on its messing it up. I'll poke around and see if I can figure it out.
I got it! In the mcpatcher/ctm/red_sand folder there is a block179.properties file. The metadata needs to be 2 for the connected textures to be applied to the smoothstone block and not the plain sandstone.
Maybe no one else was having this problem but it's here if you need it.

The fact is that I simplified the textures of birch and spruce planks, that they would match vanilla. Accordingly, the fences also look simpler. It is of course possible to make separate textures for fences and gates from all types of wood, later.
As for the sandstone, I really swapped textures of usual and smooth sandstone. But now I'm thinking of doing a new texture for him, how do you like that?
That looks great! I really like the the difference between the top and side faces. That is a great floor texture. Will you put that onto slabs too? And any plans for smooth stone?

No, the slabs and smooth sandstone remain as they were. I have corrected the color, and the new sandstone will good combination with them. I also made the same texture for red sandstone. All this you can download in the next update.
Now I'm thinking how to solve one problem. Textures that use the repeat method have an incorrect mapping at the bottom. From top and from the sides everything's in order, but from below there is a failure of the tiles.
Such a problem is found near stone, dirt, sand, red sand, sandstone, red sandstone and other. Is there a more global solution to this problem than editing the properties for the bottom each of these textures, I do not know yet.
I would think the textures are numbered is some sort of grid pattern. And the pattern would probably be applied from the top of the Y axis and then it then would be reversed when it is upside down. Maybe rotating only the bottom face of the block (I don't know how this would be done) would align the textures properly?
Have you looked at this thread yet? there might be something there.
Another thing, where are the mcpatcher textures actually stored? I tried drawing a number on the textures in the mcpatcher/ctm folder and seeing how they showed up but they were not changing in-game. I also looked in the optifine.jar and I couldn't find any textures in there either.

Misa + complex patch by Guks v1.3
Changelog:
- New textures of sandstone and red sandstone.
- New texture for water overlay.
- Slightly changed the standard texture of sand, red sand and packed ice.
- Changed texture the guardian and elder guardian.
- Changed the color of concrete and powder, now more vivid and colorful.
- Fixed rotating textures of concrete powder.
- Fixed ctm texture for coarse dirt (previously used 49 textures, instead of 256).
- Fixed the wrong direction of the textures of the bottom sides of blocks: Stone, Granite, Diorite, Andesite, Dirt, Coarse Dirt, Bedrock, Sand, Red Sand, Gravel, Obsidian, Snow, Snow Block, Ice, Packed Ice, Clay, Netherrack, Stone Monster Egg, End Stone, Prismarine, Prismarine Bricks, Dark Prismarine.
Eh... okay. I can at the very least say that the issue of smooth sandstone invading the sandstone is gone. Yey to that.
The new sandstone texture on the other hand... ...it just doesn't match with the chiseled sandstones. It just looks like a downgrade to me with them and makes me glad that you didn't touch the slabs. I hope dearly there is going to be version with the old texture (stacking older resource packs on top is not helping me get the old texture back).
Or someone please get me extra detailed explanation on how to get the old sandstone textures back (so I can explain to friends too how to get it it back, they are not liking it either)?
Meanwhile I go tear some builds down to rebuild them with the slabs and hope those too won't turn into that... "improvement" (thanks a lot).
In all honesty though... I thought this was a patch, not texture revamp.
Made a separate patch, which returns the classic sandstone Misa, also added a texture for red sandstone. Place it above the main patch. Download
Just some things I noticed as I quickly looked over the files, the observer block texture doesn't seem to have been based on the non-lit texture, so looks wrong when lit up, also you've included the broken redstone textures.
I do like the sandstone wither and structure blocks tho, mine were done purely to get something vaguely misa-like as fast as possible

I like this texture of the structural block and the carved red sandstone. The new texture of the observer and wool block also looks good. Also I corrected the color of concrete and powder, so that they would meet the new color of the wool. I hope you like, look:
However, I have some strange problem with redstone dust. Why did it become rotated?

HOLY **** - this looks awesome!
As long as you don't change the fences and planks I'll just use the normal Misa-Skin on position 1.
Thank you, Uniquitous and Bidjiguks, for still working on that amazing texture pack!
Greetings from Cologne!

It seems like some textures Misa made were swapped with other patches, with the exception of sandstone.
Also, I'd like to put my patch here, along with Misa's swapped textures.
The new log textures have been refined, and the carved red sandstone shows a wither instead of a creeper.
The lit observer back has also been refined to Misa's style.
I don't know what you guys think of the structure blocks, though.
The beds were also re-shaded.
Download link here.
edit: It's not meant to work, it's just the patch files.
Stay simple.

I've been having the same issue with the redstone, no idea why it does this
