I don't use MCpatcher. I use Optifine, is much better. My optifine is updated to the latest Ultra HD version. As I said, everything was working well before the 1.6.2. minecraft update. I really have no clue about what may be going wrong. Are Misa's textures incompatible with Optifine?
It should go without saying but YOU WILL NEED THE LATEST MCPATCHER TO AVOID PROBLEMS WITH THIS PACK. Note that Optifine may not support every feature in this pack. If you choose to use Optifine, any problems you encounter should be reported on the Optifine thread so that they can hopefully address your problems. DO NOT POST ANY ISSUES HERE IF YOU ARE USING OPTIFINE. This thread is for discussion of this texture pack only. I can only provide support if you've followed the installation instructions posted. I've also posted my pack on PlanetMinecraft. Give my pack there a diamond if you wish to support me.
Always read the 1st post (conducting a search of the thread (top right) doesn't hurt either... in this case "Optifine")
Thank you VashTS240. I read all the rules when I started using Misas's textures a couple of years. I don't know how I missed that. :/
lol...
Misa, i wanted to ask you something, since you will not add support for unused mobs, could you tell me how to do it myself? (if you know how of course) i want to make textures for them
Also, i didnt connected textures mode because i didnt like some textures to be conected, an example are the glass, the iron, and the stone bricks ( dont worry, your textures are awesome, its just a personal opinion ) so i wanted to ask you, How do i remove certain ctm textures without breaking the pack? is there a way to remove them without deleting anything? ( changing a properties file or something like that ) please tell me when you see this if you have time.

Because of the specifics of what blocks I'm using where with a build, the Birch CTM isn't quiet working for me (don't get me wrong: it's amazing. It's just not for me in this specific instance). All I did to fix that was go into the CTM file (5a) and change which images were used. Alternatively, I could have just deleted that file (I know that would have worked from having done that in the past).
So to answer your question: yes. just edit/delete the corresponding CTM properties file(s).

Yeah, i thought to do that too, but instead, i waited for a response, thank you
hey, i finally managed to get the game running smoothly, but sometimes i get short lag spikes :(, also, misa, i found the hay bale image with the needle while deleting some properties files in your texture pack, and then, i placed a hay bale on the ground and, on the first try, the needle appeared :o, here is an image:

I didn't even know that was in there. Had to check. 1% chance of getting it, I think? Cool Easter Egg. I'm going to have to keep an eye out for it. Thanks for sharing.
(love the whole Easter Egg thing with this texture pack)

that is one of the things i like about this texture pack, the cool easter eggs it has, misa, you could make something that is Christmas related with the coal XD, and, i have an idea, you should make one of the horses to look like Epona if you havent already, that would be very cool too, and, using the randomobs option, you should make endermans to have a white skin ( 1% chance ) there is a legend about him.
what if we make a easter egg suggestion conversation? XD it would be fun!.
Q: Can I use your art for a project I plan to upload?
A: Depends. For the most part I'm fine with people using my work for modified texture packs and compilations so long as I'm properly credited for it. (With a link to this thread.) If however you plan to take donations or make money off of my work (Including via adf.ly links), I'm not okay with it. I provide my stuff completely for free with an optional ad link to the Minecraft community, it's not put up for people to capitalize off of. If all you want to do is make money, produce a unique product of your own imagination and work, don't steal from others. It also gets a little complicated with projects that aren't related to Minecraft. For those, please PM me or head over to my tinychat (Mon-Fri).(Closed until further notice) So here's a list of things to consider and avoid if you wish to use my work:
DO:
-Ask for permission as the forums now require. (I prefer this via PM so as to not clutter the thread.)
-Credit me for the work of mine you're using.
-Limiting usage to Texture Packs and compilations released on this forum.
-Add a link to this thread (and threads of other artist's work used for sourcing reasons).
-Include my Legal.txt if you're using a large portion of my work. (You may rename it to Misa's Legal.txt)
-Title your pack as a COMPILATION or REMIX if you use a large portion of my work (and other artist's work) for sourcing reasons. (It's not "Joe Bob's Texture Pack" if all the actual art was done by Jack and Jill.)
AVOID:
-Using files in the 'mcpatcher' folder of the pack.
-Receiving payment or donations for a release using my work. This includes monetization with ads like through adf.ly.
-Using my Randomobs files. (Only the default mobs may be used.)
-Using my CTM files. (They are not necessary for your texture pack and are a custom feature of mine)
-Telling people they're free to use your work as a basis for their pack if it contains the work of others. (You don't have the right to grant permission to others unless it's all your own work.)
-Claiming my work (Edited or not) as completely your own work, or allowing others to carry on believing the work is yours without correcting them.
-Using my work for projects not related to Minecraft texture packs without contacting me first to obtain permission.
-Getting water on gremlins and feeding them after midnight.
Are you allowed to edit the pack, but not post it keep and for yourself?
Edit & keep for self: yes (I edit mine all the time, some textures based on the alt textures found in 1.4.7 releases and before)
Edit & post changes: idk (doubt it, but maybe (with permission and credit) you could post the edited files (which would still require the main texture pack download)... I'd ask Misa in a PM (and I'd be more specific about the nature of what you'd post)
Are you allowed to edit the pack, but not post it keep and for yourself?
I wouldn't propose to officially speak for Misa, but I think for texture pack artists in general, if you remix, mix, use, etc. for PERSONAL USE (as in you do not give it out to anyone or use it in YouTube videos or anything) they really can't tell you what to do with it. Just from a common sense standpoint. I mean even if they claim not to allow that, good luck to them trying to stop you from rearranging or editing files on your own computer O.O
I'm both disturbed and appalled by the logic used in the video and the comments section. An individual affiliated with the channel even called someone a "foreign waste of space" for having a differing opinion... If this was supposed to be a joke I missed it.
Was flying around in Creative (Hard Mode, Normal Biomes) & saw something I never expected (though I probably should have) to see... One of your camo Creepers for Mooshroom Biomes. Nice. Kinda an Easter Egg in itself (except not quiet) (how often are Mooshroom Biomes found & either explored underground next to the Ocean Biome or even found on a continent connected to any other Biome).
Bit of an update on my current situation and why I haven't been too active on the forums lately:
First off, not much has been happening that warranted my immediate response (apart from PM permission requests 'n' such which I still answer regularly.) Secondly there hasn't been much work done on Mojang's end of things for me to respond to with my work. But most importantly, the house I've been living in is currently up for sale and I haven't been able to get much work done as a result of showings and packing.
I could be moving out from anywhere between a month and sometime before the end of the year--it all depends on how long it takes someone to buy the house. It's also likely I'll be moving somewhere far out of state which will likely be a time-consuming process, and there's no way to estimate how long I'll be without computer/internet. I'll have a better idea once the house sells and I know exactly where I'll be moving. Most likely it'll be somewhere in the Southeast as it's much cheaper to live there. As a dry mountain/desert sort of person, I'm not all that enthusiastic about that choice for that and a few other more personal reasons.
I'd also like to take the opportunity again to thank those who have supported me by donating or clicking my ad links. At this point nearly all of the money has gone into fixing up the house to sell so I didn't end up with nothing and on the streets. Your support has basically saved me from homelessness and is greatly appreciated. This should ensure my ability to continue to update the texture pack in the future (Barring some unavoidable delays around the big move).
I was going to do a response post, but skimming over the last two pages, there isn't too much to respond to that I haven't responded to already. Also the normal post traffic seems to have died down since Mojang's updates seem to have slowed to a halt for awhile and most of the troubleshooting issues have been sorted out. If I missed something though or you have any questions or suggestions that you absolutely want me to respond to, please post them again. If there's enough things posted in the next couple days, I'll respond. However, after that I will be out of town until the 19th or so and will then try to get in a response before going back to work on everything required for the move.

I'll be patient during the time you don't have internet access or ability to update the texture pack. I'd rather have a pack done right than a pack done rushed (even if you can't get a proper update out til 1.8, I'd understand). And I know you're going to have a lot of new textures to do coming up... 1.7: the terrain update (or something of the like)
I heard karyonix's latest version of the GLSL Shaders no longer requires Optifine. I hope this means I can now finally use the Shaders without Optifine, and also you'd be resuming support for it. If not, I don't mind. Even with my new notebook, I'm not sure if I could use any of the mapping features and have a decent frame rate at the same time.
Also, it was good to hear the good news. I wish you good luck, Misa.
